Part-1:- Providing CC Paver Block form Muthaiya House to Ramanurthi House in Kanmaipatti Village and A.Lakshmiyapuram Panchayat.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay,stiff black cotton soil,hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for mixing,laying and curing, etc complete.For core wall Foundation.

Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20 mm ISS metal including all cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour charges for mixing,laying and curing, etc complete.For Corewall Foundation

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering and formwork for sides & soffits of Cement Concrete surfaces including all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc,complete.For Core wall Foundation.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five M.sand)including curing neat finishing,etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying,fabricating and placing in position Mild steel/Ribbed Tor steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangerments for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half crushed stone M. sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishig,curing etc.,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls,beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3(one cement and three M.sand) and Kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix(one cement and five M.Sand) ,12mm thick in all including curing etc.complete complying standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing two coats in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used (stainers and colour solutions should not be used.)
