Random Rubble Masonry in CM 1:5 mix using required bond stone with simultaneious pointing including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼" x 2 ¾” including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete.

Supplying and erection Centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab, Lintel, Beam, Column, Sunshade including cost and coveyance of all materials to site and all other incidental charges etc complete.,

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating,assembling and laying in exact position,typing with softsteel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Weathering course with brick jelly concrete to 0.075m thick including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,

Finishing the top of roof with one course to pressed tiles of size of 20cm X 20cm X 6cm and top of pointing with CM 1:3 mix including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc., complete.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting with approved quality ready mixed paint two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc., complete for doors and windows.

Cost and supply of Steel Door in size of 0.90m x 2.10m with best approved quality with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Cost and supply of Steel Window in size of 1.20m x 1.30m with best approved quality with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Cost and supply of Ventilator in size of 0.90m x 0.60m with best approved quality with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer
