85917 E8 Repair / Replacement to tiles sanitary fittings and other B/R works at AF Stn Mt Abu and Gurushikhar under AGE (I) AF Mount Abu.

Note for Item No 01 to 03: The scope of work is of day to day maintenance nature / requirement of works. Contractor shall attend of office of AGE (I) (AF) Mount Abu on daily basis and receive / collect ht complaints /requirements of works and shall rectify the repair/maintenance works within time given below: (a) Minor plumbing complaints - 48 Hrs (b) Sewage- 24 Hrs (c) Minor Joinery - 48 hours (d) Major Plumbing- 5 days (e) Major Joinery - 15 Days. If contractor fails to rectify the complaints with materials / items to be replaced if required a penalty @ 50% quoted rate by the contractors of that particular item shall be recovered from his payment. The responsibility of getting the complaints attended & rectified shall lies with the contractor even if he fails to complete the complaints within 48 hours. In the delayed case of a rectification of complaints even after 48 hours, he shall rectify the same within one week. Each complaints slip shall contain upto 07 complaints in same Blgs/location. Note: The Contractor will have to provide complaints slip booklet whose rate is included in it. Attending the complaints of AGE (I) (AF) Mount Abu like fixing screws to tower bolt/Aldrop bolt/ stoppers,Handle/ Hings in respect of Easening of (Steel/wooden/Aluminum) door/Windows of any description and size , by cleaning ,adjusting in position and making the same functional incl small repairs if reqd. with and incl greasing , oiling, screws/nails for fixing the fittings. Note : Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items but in repair rate including in this item.

Attending the complaints of AGE (I) (AF) Mount Abu regarding water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins overhead tank over flow and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of tightening the fittings of flushing cistern etc including small materials, thread(shoot), M-seal, screws, nails to make water supply lines functional and removing leakage fault complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items but in repair rate including in this item.

Attending the complaints of AGE (I) (AF) Mount Abu regarding cleaning of blocked wc/ floor/nahani trap and CI pipe upto 1st Manhole and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material /sludge etc to a distance exceeding 50 m and sealing the sides of traps in bath/kitchen using Aqua TS of 'Aquashield water proofing" or equivalent material with white cement, any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for following bore :- (a) 15mm

(b)-----Ditto all as per item no-4.00 above but 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor in following bore of tube :- (a) 15mm

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, moulding on edge and polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured printed Ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry pointed with colour cement to match the floor, and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed

M&L for digital design glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size of each tile 300 x 450 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick fixed to wall with 10 mm thik cement sand mortar in CM 1: 4 , set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the same complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types nd including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in Sub floors,Sub bases ,flooring etc
