Providing & fixing Square shape bansi paharpur stone Chhatri with carving and moulding work having size of 900 X 900 mm. Base and height is 881mm upto top of pillerand total height is 1996 mm are made up of bansi paharpur stone carving work is as per enclosed drawing design and details and instruction engineer incharge.

Providing and Fixing Square bansi paharpur stone Chhatri with carving work having size of 1050 mm x 1050 mm. And heigh is 2700 mm are made up of bansi paharpur stone carving work is as per enclosed drawing and details and instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately.)

Red sand stone - 30mm thick gang saw cut stone

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineerin- charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint

(Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).

Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps of approved quality, required shape and size, adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washer (total weight not less than 260 gms), for dry stone cladding fixed on frame work at suitable location, including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing in position Armstrong 'Optra acoustical Wall Panelling' with square edges made of fire glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparenct and classified for Fire reaction class-A, as per ASTM E-84 fabric with an option of colour -Husk, copper, sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium. Flame Peanut and Shell as per the choice of architect of sized 600X1200 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of .85 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impellers supplied by Armstong Ceilling Solutions and construction adhesives as per instrutions laid done manufacturer.

Insullation : In order to fix the panels to the wall, the impellers shall be fixed to the wall surface using self tapping screws & wall panel impellers to be used for the installation purpose. Silica based constuction adhesive to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the impellers. Armstrong Optra wall panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the impellers ensuring the line and level of the panels are maintained. Insulation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installaion team & Installation should be carried out as per Armstrong recommended procedure and pattern decided by Engineer-in-charge.

Cobble stone flooring in granite 100-150mm wide and 100 mm tthick blocks laid as per design, Over a layer of 20mm thick 1:3 mortar

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of of Dom fountain upto 1800 mm Dia including installation necessary GI ring, Nozzles and suitable fountain LED lights with suitable capacity open well Pump, colour changing sequencer, control pannel, wiring , submersible cable from electric pannel to fountain including cost of GI Pipe fittings out side the water body including fixing commissioning etc. in all respect complete as per drawing and instruction of Engineer-in charge.
