Design, manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20 Mtr High mast system complete with all accessories as per specifications. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for 42m/sec wind speed as per IS 875 part (3). It shall also include accessories comprising head frame, galvanized luminaire carriage suitable to install 12 nos. of LED luminaries symmetrically with suitable counter weights, control gear boxes, double drum winch, 6mm dia stainless steel wire rope, 8C X 4 sq.mm. EPR trailing cable with connectors, integral electrically operated power tool installed inside the base compartment with raising and lowering mechanism for lantern carriage, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial, LED Type twin dome red aviation obstruction light fitting etc. . The mast shall have an outdoor stand mounted control panel housing 40A TPN MCB as incomer, single dial timer, 25A TP contactor for switching of luminaries, outgoing terminals & control circuit for the power tool motor etc. with MS Channel barricading (size 100X6 mm) of 3mtr x 3mtr x 1mtr height etc. as required as per the specifications enclosed.

Design and Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site including all materials and labour for 20 meter high mast with foundation bolts of suitable size as per approved design and manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, suitable size anchor plates, templates etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply & fixing of 50 mm x 5mm GI strip in 80 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing & fixing of 50mm x 5mm G.I. strip on surface or recess for earth connection as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated Armoured Aluminum Conductor Power Cables, PVC innersheathed with suitable upto 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988. 4C X 6 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal)
