Supply and installation of Main Curtain SITC Size 13500mm x 7000mm Made out velvet curtain cloth with horizontal sliding arrangement complete with fixing rails, brackets, sliding arrangements and motorized operation complete with runners, master runners, pullies, 3mm steel wire rope, 1HP motor (Crompton/Godrej and similar brand), 2 Nos air breaker contactors (L&T/Sandier and similar brand), 2 Nos micro switches for auto stops, 3 Nos push buttons for forward, reverse and stop positions. The curtain should be draped to half area when in closed position. Minimum overlap at centre should be 900mm and should be stitched in double gathering

Supply and installation of Rear Curtain SITC Size 13500mm x 7000mm Made out black glaze curtain cloth with horizontal sliding arrangement complete with fixing rails, brackets, sliding arrangement and motorized operation complete with runners, master runners, pullies, 3mm steel wire rope, 1 HP motor (Crompton/Godrej and similar brand), 2 Nos air breaker contractor (L&T/Sandier and similar brand), 2 Nos micro switches for auto stop, 3 Nos push buttons for forward, reverse and stop positions. The curtain should be draped to half area when in closed position. Minimum overlap at centre should be 900mm and should be stitched in double gathering.

Supply and installation of Wings SITC Size 1200mm x 6500mm Providing and fixing cloth wings made out of black glazed cotton cloth (FR) with fixed on 6mm thick commercial plywood fixed on one side of MS 50mm x 25mm x 16G pipe wielded framework. The pipe framework made out of 25mm x 50mm pipe. c/c 600 x 600 fixed with overhead pivote track complete with duly painted on both framework.

Supply and installation of Frills SITC Size 13000mm x 1800mm Providing and fixing average frills made out of double gathering glazed cotton cloth to be installed above the stage on 28mm diams pipe.

Supply and installation of 70x35x2mm “C” channel with inverted ends inside to be hung from existing grid or roof structure for side wings, lighting bars etc as requires.

Supply and fabrication of Proscenium Fabricating and fixing on the stage Proscenium to be fabricated out of tabular framework of MS tubes section 50x25mm at 600mm c/c both ways : fixing sound slats

Supply of Light Point Wiring from Patch Panel to be provided near stage to various stage light fixtures with 1.5 Sq mm 3 Core PVC insulated and Sheathed cable including of suitable size for laying these wires including 20/16 Amps sockets with box at top (ISI Mark Cable)

Supply of MS Pipe Ladder (size 600mm x 1200mm) MS pipe ladders tobe provided on sides of the stage to be fixed on the existing GI pipe or top grid. Made of 50mm x 25mm MS pipe (Size 600mm x 12000mm)
