IMPROVEMENTS TO 1MG SR OF 4MGD WATER TREATMENT PLANT POKHRIBAL BY WAY OF RCC JACKETING OF MS COLUMNS AND ALLIED ITEMS.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows and doors with M.S Flat 15x3 mm and nuts and bolts complete. i. Galvanized M.S wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. i. Riveted and bolted.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete i. On steel work

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level i. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking from Divisional Store to dumping site work

i. Cement and Steel for an avg. lead of 15Kms.

ii. Sand for an avg. lead of 25Kms.

iii. Aggregate for an avg. lead of 25Kms.

Plugging of multiple leakages inside the 1MG SR at Kohimaran using grouting machine. The job includes chiseling around the leakage spot and temporarily packing of cavities after inserting the flexible pipe to make a way for water to come out and injecting the cement grout through the inserted pipe using grouting machine. The operation may be repeated to ensure the arrest of leakages. The item also includes hiring of grouting specialists and machine operators including hire charges of grouting machine unit including its carriage upto the site of work and including upto the site of work and including the cost of water proofing chemicals / compounds including the cost of cement complete job.
