INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & Fixing LED security light fitting 30 watt, having uniformaty ratio 0.25, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection comlete with lamp & connected items and including connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on Gl pipe bracket made out of suitable dia Gl pipe medium grade 1 2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) For all type of LED fittings and luminaire should be same manufacturer (iil LM -79 cretificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material.(iii) System efficacy should be more than 100 lummens / watt (iv) CRI should be more than 80 (v) THD should be less than 20% (vi) PF should be more than 0.95

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 32mmx6mm thick by means of welding on both sides as directed by Engineer-In-Charge and other end of earth lead connected to main switch board or main control board or test point or equipment, earth lead protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade (ISI marked) 40mm bore, alongwith watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade (ISI marked of specified make), funnel with wire mesh Including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B -1 & RCC cover (in lieu of Cl cover), all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and GI protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) For effective visibility Identification and traceability of earth pit (EP) with corresponding earth of eqpt and bldg, markers in metal (Mild Steel) shall be provided. Earth test of earth pit is to be provided with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and colour of the Mild steel identification board etc, shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) All joints of strip are to be welded on both sides (over lapping) except lest point.

Supply,install,test and commissioning LED street light fitting 1 x 20 watts, pressure die cast aluminium housing, Heat resistance toughened glass with frame, IP 66 protection. Better optics for uniform distribution all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix street light junction box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recycleable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size in mm should be not less than 205x255x112. The box shall be rated for Degree of Ingress protection IP 66/67 including all fixing material as required all as specified and required.

Supply and fix 3 Single core PVC insulated and unsheathed unarmoured 1100 Volt grade cable 2.5 sqmm with stranded copper conductor cable 7 mtr drawn through 20 mm dia PVC conduit with necessary fixing arrangement from looping box to security light fitting all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old existing 4 pole structure made of RCC pole all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing HT UG cable 3 core x 95 Sqmm from trenches for re-routing or to store/credit.

Laying only serviceable HT UG cable 3 core x 95 Sqmm from trenches for re-routing as retrieved form serial item No:4.02 here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Installation., testing and commissioning LT panel CPRI approved cubical type suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 mHz AC supply system floor mounted, indoor type factory fabricated made out of suitable size duly powder coated inside and out side suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system floor mounted outdoor type, factory fabricated outer shall be out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and internal shell and partition made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron 50x50x6mm covered from all side with front and back openable weather proof including suitable rating aluminium bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system and wiring with suitable size copper cable and embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 foundation for fixing panel of required size in ground with nuts bolts and washer etc complete with comprising of following hullers butt hinged, locking arrangement, including PCC work, excavation & earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply, installation,, testing and commissioning of 160KVA, 11/0,433 KV, 3 phases 4 wire 50 Hz of star 3 rating with standard losses@513 Watt at 50percent load and 1547 Watt at 100 percent load outdoor type copper wound step down transformer off load tap changing arrangement on HV side for variation of secondary voltage +/- 7.5 %, in 3steps of 2.5% each complete or as per manufacturer design with standard accessories of fitment all as per IS-1180, digital type latest IS thermo meter with maximum temp Indicator convenentional oil level indicator, drain valve for filtration of oil, silica gel, breather, explosion vent etc., with fast filling of transformer oil and complete with necessary civil work for foundation as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated. Both side extensible, outdoor duty 4 way Ring main unit Manually operated in combination of 1 nos. Load Break Switch as Incomer and 3 nos. Load Break Switch as outgoing consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with manometer fixed. The LBS shall have mechanical ON /OFF arrangement and indicator. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to .IEC-62271-100, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEG-60694- 1996. All the cable box access should be from the front and cable box should be suitable to terminate 1RX3CX300sqmm cable. The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFLR classification for gas tank & cable box and gas to be released from the rear top from operator. Each LBS feeder should have Fault passage indicator and Voltage Passage Indicator. All the type test certificated as per IEC from Third party lab to be submitted. RMU Should have followings: - 1 No. Manometer for tank -1 nos. fault passage indicator for each feeder. -1 nos. Voltage passage indicator for each feeder. -Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules Note(i) Rate Including 8" Nut bolt grouted to floor, suitable for RMU Panel. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Cutting the existing road / hardstanding of any description of for laying of CI/DI/GI pipe and after laying of pipe making good with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm gradded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 60X60X60 CM (internal dimensions size) including making excavation and earth work complete suitable for suice complete all as specified and shown on drawings including duly fixed along with 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame with MS cover plate 3 mm thick and locaking arrangement system and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

BORE WELL

Drilling trial bore hole by direct or reverse rotary combination rig.pl ant and equivalent through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 305 mm bore hole upto 200 metre depth from ground level by carrying out logging of the layers to the complete depth including submitting the strata details duly graphically recorded and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away, complete all as specified and directed.

Expanding trial bore for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 675mm dia bore hole upto 70metre from ground level for 305 mm dia bore MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away, complete all as specified and directed.

Expanding trial bore for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 525 mm dia bore hole from depth exceeding 70 metre upto 180 metre deep from ground level for 205 mm dia bore MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling & lowering into bore holes, 305 mm outer dia MS casing pipe screwed and socketed as per IS-4270, ISI marked, ERW in random length upto 6metre heavy duty with thickness not less than 8 mm including necessary fittings and jointing upto 70metre depth from ground level duly painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe, complete all as specified and directed

Supply, assembling & lowering into bore holes, 205 mm outer dia MS casing pipe screwed and socketed, IS-4270, ISI marked, ERW in random length upto 6 metre, heavy duty with thickness not less than 8 mm including necessary fittings and jointing below ground level beyond 100 metre, duly painted with two coats of bitumen paint on external surface of the pipe, complete all as specified.

Supply, assembling & lowering into bore holes, 205 mm dia Low carbon galvanized steel pipes slotted with wall thickness of 8mm and having slot size 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm , including screwed and socketed, ISI marked in upto 6metre length including necessary fittings and jointing below ground level, duly painted with two coats of bitumen paint on the external surface of the pipe (strainer pipe slot size can be varied depending upon the available strata), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, 8 mm thick bail plug of MS, 203 mm dia with strong iron hook screwed and welded in casino Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, well cap 300mm dia having internal and external threading with rings, ribs and welded iron handle suitable for casing pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp 90cm long, 20cm wide, made out of 20mm thick MS plate for 300mm dia MS casing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embedded in PCC block (1:2 4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and packing, pea gravel of size 2mm to 5mm around casing pipe and slotted pipes in the bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well bore by compressor of minimum capacity of 500 Cft Per minute and 150- 200 PSIG or appropriate capacity as required on ground till to get the clear water, complete all as specked and directed.

Yield Testing of tube well bore with heavy duty pump of appropriate capacity but not less than 150 Cum per hcur upto 24 hours so as to determine safe pumping yield, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply jointing and lowering of MS flanged column pipe, 80mm dia. heavy duty (class 'C'), ISI marked. 3 metre long including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets, complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication and supply of strata sample box, made out of 20 mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12 mm thick ply wood with 25 x 25 x 2 mm thick aluminium angle bearer, overall length 1200 x 750 mm with 10 partitions of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all round. 2 Nos key hole plate of size 40 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Name of lube well, location and strata sample with depth shall be written as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Strata samples and strata chart shall be provided by contractor alongwith the strata sample box without extra cost to the department)

Testing of water for chemical analysis as well as bacteriological potability from any Govt Laboratory and the report shall be submitted to the department, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CPRI approved LT panel board, cubical, indoor type , openable hinged double shutter with locking arrangement, dust & vermin proof, factory made fabricated from CRCA sheet steel 2mm thick with base frame of angle iron, size 50mmx50mmx6mm floor mounted, (legs embedded in the foundation block of size 30cmx30cmx60cm in PCC 1:2 4 type B- 1 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete with internal panel wiring with suitable copper conductor cable with insulated copper bus bar of capacity 300 Amp mounted on insulators and smoke grey powder coated over a coat of red oxide primer, suitable for 415V 3phase 4wire 50Hz AC supply, complete all as specified and directed, comprising the following accessories:-
