Dismantling existing ACSR conductor of any size/type overhead line from PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing MS works such as cross arms, clamps, hooks etc from PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing any type or any size of insulator from PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/Removing existing Steel poles HT/LT for shifting from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from site as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling and taking down by removing HT and LT connection of indoor/outdoor type 11/0.433KV transformer of any capacity from existing platform / 4 Pole / 2 Pole structure, lowering the same carefully and shifting to other location within Air Force Station as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including reinstallation by any means of arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable steel tubular swaged poles obtained from item Sr. No: 04 herein before after dismantling, 11.0 Mtr long and erecting in new location (within 2 Kms distance) or as directed at site including painting the exposed portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the erected pole including marking of pole number complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (A) Rate Quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following : (i) Any repair/welding/fabrication work on the old poles. (ii) Any rusted surface on the old pole shall be treated with red oxide primer prior to application of aluminium paint. (B) Necessary excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (Earthed),of size 3 core cross sectional area 120 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Colour code of HT cables shall be as per approval given by GE (ii) Pre dispatch Inspection of HT cables shall be carried out at manufacturer's factory before dispatching to site by rep of Accepting officer within the rate quoted of the item. . (iii) Cable shall be marked or embossed as ''GE(AF) Suratgarh" at every one meter length .

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate in foundation, mass concrete) as in foundation of poles& stay etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for old and new poles including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multi stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade with all fitting laid under floor/road crossing or in trenches or fixed to pole /walls with with clamps as required including sealing of pipe ends with approval sealing compound etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and Supply and fix 60 Watt LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminaries efficacy of greater than 120 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 4500 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminaries should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminaries should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminaries. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper Earth plate electrode 600X600X3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3 mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : copper strip 20x3mm upto 7.5 metre with 40mm protection pipe shall be included in quoted rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for HT UG cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40x6mm flat iron member of height 0.60m and 80mm dia CI plate, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 20cm x20cm x30cm block complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
