Annual Maintenance Contract of propulsion and control system of self-propelled inspection car (ER 230077) with OEM M/s CGPISL at BGA/SDAH for a period of 03 (three) years

The firm should be Original Equipment Manufacturer and reputed one who has executed and having experience of Annual Maintenance Contract of propulsion and control system of self-propelled inspection car.

1. The tenderer shall furnish full information regarding their experience and the machinery, Plants and testing facilities, available with them for execution of tendered work in the proforma given in appropriate annexure uploaded with the tender document. Other terms and conditions as per GCC 2022. 2.(i)The Contractors are advised to study and examine the work in regards to scope of work at Loco Shed level before participating in the tender for better appreciation of content of the works and smooth execution thereafter. The tenderer may contact the consignee to get any technical clarification regarding scope of work in the event of any doubt; this however should be initiated well in advance before submitting their bid. 3.(iii)The contractor should have all necessary equipment for execution of work. They should also have all measuring tools instruments properly calibrated with validity of calibration during execution of work. The contractor must clearly spell out their position on this clause. The railway may examine the workshop of firm for ensuring necessary machinery, plant and testing equipment available with firm for execution of work, before finalization of the contract.

The power of attorney in the name of the position authorized to do all correspondence related to the tender along with the resolution passed by the board of directors be uploaded. Affidavit stating that the tenderer is the sole proprietor of the said firm in the case of the proprietor firm be uploaded (if applicable). Copy of power of attorney be produced in original if asked by Railway Authority.
