Providing and applying a bond coat of approved epoxy resin (MasterBrace 1414 of BASF, EPI Bond of Krishna Conchem, or equivalent) before polymer plaster or concrete to ensure a perfect bond between old concrete and new concrete/polymer plaster surfaces. The bond coat should be applied within half an hour after preparation, conforming to ASTM C881 Type 2. This process includes the use of nylon brushes, scaffolding, labor, etc. Complete.

Providing and applying a 30mm thick self-curing Ceramic Polymer Microconcrete of an approved make, having a compressive strength above M30, non-shrink, and impermeable, as a filling mortar for load-carrying R.C.C. members in two layers on cleaned concrete surfaces, including honeycomb areas (using manual or mechanical means). The mortar shall be prepared by mixing Nicosil C80 and fresh 53-grade cement with the required water-cement ratio to achieve the desired consistency. The application and finishing shall be done by manual trowelling. Curing shall be carried out after the initial setting time, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The work shall be executed in line with the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
