Taking down of Old unserviceable point wiring any type for light, fan, power etc including unserviceable switch,socket, regulator and ceiling rose etc (except light fitting) of any make complete including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roof etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of Celling Fan/ Exhaust Fan carefully and deposit in safe coustudy and refixing the same after rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge and quantity including insulation material complete & applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint by spraying machine, greasing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable multistranded, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed in PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia including cutting chasing for conduits with all fittings /accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected common earth with terminal boxes for Modular fittings including acessories as modular surface cover plate with frame, for one light/Fan/Exhaust Fan/bell point complete all as specified and as directed.
