Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile satrength of 550Mpa as in roof ridge, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position as framed work

Dismantling timber scantlings of fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section framed work all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron and mild steel work of any discription not otherwise provided for all as specified.

Supply and fixing trusses (framed),trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, gusset plates, or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 410-W (GdeE. 250) quality - A complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing steel screw bolt ( machine made) dia 16 to 20mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr as specified.

Material and Labour for brick work with subclass 'B' well burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1.:6 complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 10 here - in - before specified but except bricks.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre,pulp,insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodized snap grid (powder coated) frame work of grid size 605x605mm including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm long) for false ceiling including notching and preparing holes, including aluminium cleat/corner pieces and GI 4mm dia suspenders with Butterfly clips, wall angles of size 24x24mm, main runner (teee) of size 24x38mm, cross tee of size 24x28mm, (No of suspenders shall be decided by the GE as per actual size requirement ) including 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement plain buildings boards fixed to aluminium snap grid and providing two coats of Oil bound distemper including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthtic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work/ stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

Preparing new decorated surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching coping etc and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on top of chajjas rails cills, bed blocks etc. including necessary form work.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth and primer where required complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete/brick surfaces of walls (up to 3rd storey with necesasary scaffolding) and applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices, etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of OBD on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel or iron Surfaces of any description , n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete /brick surfaces of walls (up to 3rd storey with necessary scaffolding) and applying one coat of white wash.

Material and labour for preparation of new decorated surfaces of external walls and applying two coat of Wheather coat exterior emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and direceted

Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint over 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer on walls etc all as specified.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbes surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down carefully ceiling /exhaust fan any sweep any size, removing blades, cleaning the fan completely for dust and dirt, greasing, oiling, painting of ceiling/exhaust fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. and hanging /fixingthe same back to its original positions including connecting with three core fixible copper wire to ceiling rose etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully water heater any size/any make, cleaning the water heater completely for dust and dirt and re-fixing the same back to its original positions with fasteners if required after the completion of the point wiring all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing light fittings any type any size and refixing the same incl connection and testing complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge to match with existing surface.

Material and Labour for point wiring SP one way complete with 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable (ISI marked) drawn into and including PVC concealed conduit (medium quality) and conduit fittings including 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi standed copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly etc complete all as specified and directed for one light point /bell point controlled by one one way switch 5Amp.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amont of Rs. 1605701.50.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
