Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metres wide and not exc1.5 metres deep for pipe line in any type soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 meters away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing, PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe lines including PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (with 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete including making good the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size/make from trenches/wall/ducts/roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) & laid in trenches/pipes or fixed on pole of the following sizes:-

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches/ducts. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches

S & F galvanised steel tubing medium grade 40mm bore (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/walls under road crossing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old and broken PCC pole of any size/height from the existing size by breaking the foundation and dismantlimg the cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum in any type soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in position Steel tubelar swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 Metres long) including necessary excavation as required.

Providing PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations filling mass concrete bed of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Provinding PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grded crushed sotne aggregate as in coping bed plate including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.,

Supply and fixing in replacement 120 watt LED flood light new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including making connections with GI pipe 0.6 mtr angle bracket fixing on wall using suitable fastners and connectng to ceiling rose with appropriate copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing poly carbonate junction box , weather and vermin proof of suitable size including provn of 2 Nos aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm size bus bar single phase and neutral suitabely mounted on bus bar insulators , including one No. MCB SP 6 Amps for light control,drilling of holes.Provn of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, earthing bolt, double washer and galvanised flat iron clamps of suitable size for taking connections and fixing on LT steel tubular poles complete with locking arrangement complete including cable gland of suitable size at entry and exit point of cable. Note: i) Box shall be provided at 1 metre above the pedastal of pole. ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include bus bars, MCB and clamps.

M&L for carefully taking down old copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,same board, independent or power) including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc.

M&L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC pre insulated FRLS and unsheathed cable enclosed in and including PVC casing and caping double locked box type with all PVC accessories such as Tee, bend, collar, elbow, square junction box etc fixed on the surface of wall/ceiling by means of PVCsleevel/dash fastners with cadmium plated screws including suitable size of PVC boards for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm insulated but unsheathed copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connedcted to earth dolly for the following :-

Supply & fixing of Nature Switch (using Infrared Sensor technology) based Automatic Street Light Control Panel designed for a total load of Single-phase 5-8 kW. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux* level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs. The Sensor along with Power Contactor of rating 40 Amps and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs of rating 40 Amps and should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Enclosure conforming to IP54. M&L for removing weeds and wild grass inside the installations using chemical spray and trimming trees and unwanted plants using petrol operated Tree/Grass cutting tools and dressing of the surface by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to give an even and neat look to the site and disposing off all the unwanted grass, bushes and debris all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Writing/Engraving of SM/MES No. of Different installed Plant/Pump Sets/ DG Set Machinery by engarving numbers on Brass/Aluminium plate properly afixed on the body of plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
