Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Old work (one or more coats).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr / 10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska - with F.P.S. brick tiles.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it is a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams, columns and ceiling without affecting the adjacent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100mts away from the building Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding.

Cleaning the exposed RCC surfaces thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing the rust and seals from exposed rafters and providing anticorrosive primer Zinc coating CERA ZINC ZR and cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphthalein indicator.

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturers mix and application specification. Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding.

Providing cement plastering 1:3 over the dismantled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL@ 500GMS PER BAG OF CEMENT. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excludes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding.
