Dismantling and taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable rusted GI water mains and removal from site or to store of pipe size 150 mm dia/ bore, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of 160 mm dia (OD), 3- layer PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer), PN 6, ISI mark conforming to IS: 15801 with PP-R flanges on both sides complete with gasket, bolt, nuts and washers including fittings, laid in ground/ floor/ trenches, all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary fittings and tansportation to the site (source area) deem to be included in quoted unit rate.

Note: Necessary fittings and tansportation to the site (source area) deem to be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel galvanised wire rope of size 12 mm/ 10 mm dia for suspension bridge for supporting pipeline wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of bull dog grip/ wire rope clamp for wire rope of size 12 mm dia for suspension bridge for supporting pipeline wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying/ repairs to pipe line, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars/ block(for resting pipes), boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) including necessary form work as required, all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 150 mm cast iron kinetic air release valve (PN 1.0) conforming to IS: 14845 (2000) for PP-R pipelines wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
