Dis-connecting water and electric connection of submersible pump/motor, lifting from bore hole, dismantling Submersible Pump of capacity 17.5 HP and including carrying to MES E/M Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lowering, fixing, commissioning and testing of submersible pumping set in existing borewell upto requisit depth, electrically driven 415 volts, three phase AC of capacity 17.5 HP/ 13 KW having discharge capacity of 625 to 1350 Litres per minute at a head of 36 to 80m, 4stage, delivery 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/CROMPTON GREAVES/KSB/BICON/CALMA. Note: (i) Removed Submersible pump and motor from bore well to be deposited MES E/M Store Yard. (ii) Unit rate is to be included the cost of T&P required for lowering pump set. (iii) Submersible cable as required shall be measured and paid separetely. (iv) Before lowering pump and motor shall be couplled properly with nuts galvanised and bolts. (v) Contractor shall produce the orginal purchase voucher and test certificate of pump and motors. (vi) Pump and motor shall be of same make.

Supplying, laying and testing as in repairs for PVC insulated and sheathed flat submersible cable conforms to IS 694:1990 with stranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including lugs if required and fixed in submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The point between pump submersible cable & this cable should be carried out through water proof tape.

All as per Serial item No. 12 here-in-before but size of cable 3 core 6 Sqmm.

Supply and fixing as in repairs fully automatic star delta Submersible starter for 20 HP, 415Volt, 50Hz, 3 ph motor complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T, Cat no: SS95975 or equilivent model from make Havells/Crompton Greaves.

Supply and lowering as in repairs 100mm bore flange type, 3m long, heavy duty (classic) ERW galvanised column pipe conforms to IS 1239 (PartII 2004), jointing with galvanised nuts & bolts, etc. including : making/cutting grove at flange for passing submersible cable steel rope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel iron clamps in two parts, made out of mild steel flat iron 150mm width x 12mm thick of approx 450mm length and required size of Galvanised nuts, bolts-04 Nos with washers and suitable for holding 100mm bore column pipe including necessary painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth for foundation, and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for FRP Non-metallic solution tank of 100 Litres capacity and provn for mounting of Motor, on lid / Wall Level Guage complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Declibac or equivalent from approved make.

Supply only item No S411 AE, Item Type C. Item Name-STEQUA411AE REFILL. Specification :- Chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through recommended dosing system. Replacement Indication - visual and weight variation operation type - Non Contact, Non Inhalatory, Heavy Metal Contaminants (like Mercury and Lead) in product media must be Below Detectable Limit (BDL) and the product must pass through Acute Toxicity test (to specially confirm non Toxicity for Mamalian cells) based on which the product must be considered safe to use from human health safety point of view and freedom from toxicity when used in drinking water disinfection, in recommended dosage.
