SPECIAL REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT UG CABLE IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS AND SEARCH LIGHTS AT NWTS AVADI AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING LIGHTS WITH SPARK PROOF LIGHTS IN BATTERY CHARGING ROOMS AT TS AVADI UNDER GE NAVY CHENNAI

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 25 sqmm,4 core, Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated in replacement , armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade underground cable (including both side connection with cable lugs etc, and the connecting the cable to cable glands in looping box) , laid in trench/ passing through pipes / laid over walls etc, including taking old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed Note : Cable gland shall be measured and paid seperately in looping box .

As per item No.1 here in before but for 16 sqmm,4 core,1100 volts grade cable

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated HDPE pipe of nominal size 50 mm ( inner dia approx 38 mm) along with accessories to pipe joints , as per IS: 16205 part-24, The pipe shall be with the following properties: outer wall corrogated, inner wall plain surface, preferably orange colour,Anti rodency,Non-flame propagation property, permanently lubricated silicone inner layer for smooth cable insertion,Anti-termite property, Pliable , to be used for cable protection & laid in trench complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for PCC in foundation, filling and mass concrete, coping etc type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate). complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, including removing old unserviceable cable, complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (9.5 metres long) incl dismantling and taking down old unsv poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of GI bracket made out of 32 mm dia medium grade GI pipe of length 1.50m, bent to an angle of 30 degree and fixed with 40mm x 6mm flat iron, including suitable 02 set of clamps with nut , bolts ,and washers for fixing of light to pole complete all as specified and as directed.
