SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and filling of lower portion with soil obtained from cutting and dressing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone, quion block, apex stones etc set in CM(1:4) including form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chemferred angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new or previously treated/untreated concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in different tint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing CPVC tubing 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cutting chases ,pinningin marking good to facings where required and pointing in cement motar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and for concealed conduit wiring, water tubing etc and making good cutting exc. 10 cm but n.exc. 20 cm girth for brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick wall in cement mortar for inserting holdfast/angle and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:2:4 type B-1 using not exc half brick wall depth of embedded portion of holdfast or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into walls, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing waste pipe (LDPE) suitable for 40mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Plate rack stainless steel for kitchen of appx size 0.75m x 0.60m made out of not less than 1 mm thick MS Sheet including hanging material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel sink made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, overall size 495mm x 420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar, fixing in existing space or fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, overall size 915mm x 460mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar, fixing in existing space or fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for framed bracket of angles or T with web and flangles cut to shape, drilled and counter shunk for screw including bending and welding angles as neccesary guesset plate, riveting etc for cooler stands, door angle frame , holdfast and brackets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
