Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 15 KVA(12 KW at 0.8 power factor), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ 1500 RPM complete with automatic on Mains failure (AMF) control panel, Governing class (as per ISO 8528: Part V)-G2, noise levels as per CPCB norms-less than 75 dB. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Guwahati ( Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) and following specification as elaborated here-in after:- (i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection, 2 cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 15 KVA/12 KW at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Guwahati, (Taking all derating factor into consideration), 12 ( 1 x 88AH) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc (ii)Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 15 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iiI) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications.

(iv)AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25X25X5 mm, and 2 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type , protection class IP-54, duly powder coated suiable for automatic on mains failure with MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection, controller with displays of voltage, current KW , frequency and KWH indicating lamps for " load-On" and "Set running" , current transformers of suitable rating, aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity with incomimg and outcoming terminations and control fuses duly wired and ferruled complete on all respect. (v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:Weather and sound resistant enclosure with insulation conforming to UL-94-HF1 class for flammabilty, sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002 and amendments thereof. (VI) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.3 M (VII) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification. (VIII) Fully automatic AC operated additional battery charger of suitable capacity incuding suitable size twin core copper wires fixed with copper lugs shall be provided from charger to battery for charging of batteries without extra cost. (IX) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for erection of poles or laying cable Complete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand over, UG cable laid in trenches and gently punned to cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying sub class 'B' old size brick for cable protection complete all as specified in SSR part -1 and directed.

Supply, laying or fixing 32 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, light grade, with all fittings for passing of cables laid in trenches or fixed to walls/poles including cutting existing floor if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid through duct/ pipe etc. including as necessary cable and termination joints kit in reqd quantity cable glands & lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core laid through duct/ pipe etc. including as necessary cable and termination joints kit in reqd quantity cable glands & lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 2 core laid through duct/ pipe etc. including as necessary cable and termination joints kit in reqd quantity cable glands & lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for TPN double door four way,415 Volts, IP-43 on the wall complete by masonary works/cement plaster in cement plaster in CM (1:6) & making good the distrurbed surfaces and distempering/white washing to matc the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, TPN/FP , 16 to 32 Amps, 50Hz "C" curve in DB with connection complete as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, SP , 6 to 32 Amps, 50Hz "C" curve in DB with connection complete as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. RCC cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 including excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

S & F automatic changeover 4 pole, current rating 40 A with current liliter conforms to IEC 60947-3 and IS/IEC 60947-3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, out door cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 40x40x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current 600 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars ( cover with colour coded insulated PVC sleeves) of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN copper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.35 m height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following :- INCOMING :- (a) indicator lamp RYB phase (b) MCCB 100 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 25 KA - 1No.(c) VAF + PF multifaction meter CI flush mounting 96 x 96 mm CT/PT site programmble including CTs OUTGOING.(a) MCB FP , 40 Amps breaking capacity 10 Ka : 05 Nos (b) MCB DP , 25 Amps breaking capacity 10 Ka : 04 Nos . Note : All cables in the feeder pillar box should be properly glanded and thimbled as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
