MTPS I - Civil Circle - Replacing the damaged ACC roof sheet by new color coated sheet with false ceiling in EM II office in front of railway track at MTPS I

Removing the existing damaged AC sheet roofing without roof timbers and disposing the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer incharge including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety appliances, scaffolding charges, transportation, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Chipping the existing floor surface AEE office building and disposing the debris away from the site as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all labour charges, transportation, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged brick work parapet wall and removal the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, all materials, leads & lifts, transporting etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of colour coated metal roofing sheet of 0.47mm thick over MS structural steel frame with necessary screws for fixing and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials , all labour charges, scaffolding charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, all T&P's etc., complete.

Providing Brick work in CM 1:5 using chamber burnt class II bricks of size 9"x41/2"x3" as directed by the Engineer incharge including cost of all materials, labour charges, materials, curing, lead, lift, T&P's, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces neatly as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site includng cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing floor finish with vitrified ceramic anti-skid tiles of approved make, colour and quality and required size and the thickness shall not be less than 6mm over 10mm thick CM1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for toilet including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat, including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Gip board false ceiling 12mm thick including all auxillary works, providing lighting openings if necessary etc., inclusive transport charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.as directed by the Engineer at site.

Painting the old iron work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour for doors & windows as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats of OBD over one coat of primer using white cement for inner and outer surfaces of walls including cost of materials, labour charges, cleaning the surfaces, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site.
