Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L brick work with sub class b bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not othervise provided for

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire anealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as spacified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F MS steel post struts fencing post including cutting top to shape, drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting andd similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth all complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.
