Dismantling damaged plastering: Dismantling damaged plastering in parapet old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster : Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Filling the Expansion Joint : Providing and Filling the Expansion Joint using a single component polyurethane sealant with PU primer including surface preparation to make it free from dust & dirt. Providing & fixing flexible joint sealing TPE Tape of 150mm wide over the sealant applied area by using two components TPE epoxy adhesive. (Work including surface preparation by chipping, preparing the joint edges with micro concrete, PU Sealant application with primer after placing the backer rod & application of expansion joint tape with an epoxy adhesive,TPE tape sholud be single piece)

Providing and laying water poofing: with proper method:1) Surface Preparation: The substrate should be sound, clean and free from voids, bond breakers such as oil, grease, dirt, loose particles, and remains of oils, water repellants rust other coatings & washing with clean water with using high pressure water jet machine to make the surface dust free. 2).Treatment of Weatherproof Tiles: Treating the Weatherproof tile joints & filling the undulations of the tile damaged area by using Polymer Modified repair mortar. Repairing the down take pipes wherever necessary & complete. 3).Treatment Of Cracks: Identify the cracks on the mother slab area & cutting V groove and treating it with two component low viscous epoxy injection grout & two more layer of polymer modified grout. 4).De bonded screed repair: Chipping & removing the de bonded screed on the roof slab area & repairing with polymer modified mortar (PMM) followed by prior application of bonding agent 5).Waterproofing membrane application Supply and Apply of a single component flexible, High solid, water based, crack bridging, UV Stable, Elastomeric Polyurethane liquid membrane (having SRI Index>109) coating in two coats using brush/roller by sandwiching with 40 GSM geotextile membrane after the application of sealer/primer coat. The second coat is applied perpendicular to the first coat and after the first coat has reached touch dry state, etc complete with a warranty period of 10years, and as per direction of Engineer -in charge.
