Serial Item No 1: Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Central Air Conditioning Plant having water cooled Semi-Hermetic Scroll type Chillers with multi-compressors, comprising of DX Evaporator, Shell and tube type condensers, and suitable expansion device, suitable for operation with minimum nominal operational capacity of 76TR with 50% standby (2x38TR working + 1x38 TR as standby) for the space to be air-conditioned as given in drawings enclosed, to achieve the desired parameters of temparature of 22°C ± 2°C, RH of 55% ± 5%, with 01 No. air change per hour in all seasons . The AC plant shall be comprising of the following equipments which are not exhaustive but for indication only. Any other equipment / accessories as required at site for the complete operation to achieve the desired results have to be provided as per the latest trends and the rates quoted is deemed to be inclusive of all. Make: Equivalent TR in Carrier/ Bluestar/Daikin/Hitachi. NOTE:- Distance of the AC plant room is approximately 100 mts from AHU room, schematic layout is attached
(A) CHILLER PACKAGE UNIT:- Semi Hermetic, Micro Processor controlled, Scroll type Chiller unit complete, factory assembled and factory tested, 3 Nos (02 Nos working and 01 number standby) of minimum cap 38 TR Each, working on latest eco friendly referigerant gas with no greenhouse effect all suitable for 415V, 50 HZ, 3phase, Electric supply, Including pipes, controls & accessories, Fully Automatic Star Delta soft starters, microprocessor controlled panels, refrigerant, oil charged, mounted on common base frame with anti-vibration pads complete as per recommendation by OEM.
Notes : (i) Efficiency of scroll type chiller package shall comply with latest ECBC norms. (ii) The contractor shall submit catalogue indicating model No of unit offered and test certificate indicating power consumption at 25%, 50% 75% and 100% load for approval of GE before placing the final order. Power consumption at part load shall also be as per ECBC norms. (iii) The scroll type chillers shall be accepted by GE based on test certificates. (iv) RCC foundation as per manufacturers standards shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
(B) CONDENSER WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM: Comprising of the followings:- (i) FRP induced draft cooling tower, 03 Nos (02 Nos Working and 01 Nos Standby), with minimum Cap of 42 TR each, complete with spray section, honey comb fill, basin, CT fan, TEFC water proof Motor, intake bird screen, ball valves (CS Body, SS-304 Ball., PTFE seal/packing/gasket, CS Fastners and Lever and screwed/socket weld end connection etc.) at Inlet and drain out, and other accessories with out cut off arrangmements at the time of low ambient conditions. MAKES of Cooling Tower :- MIHIR/ADVANCE/PAHARPUR/DELTA Makes of Valves : Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ BIR Note:- Necessary water supply lines with GI Pipes Medium Grade and Brick masonary valve pits for tapping water from the existing pipe line/tank shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) PVC 3-layered make up water tank of 5000 LTRS capacity -02 Nos, installed on PCC/ brick staging upto suitable height as per OEM's specifications for make up water requirement including brass float valve with polyethylene ball, over flow and drain out arrangement, including cutting of existing pipe line and tapping of branch connections (including all fittings and fixtures), laying of suitable bore GI pipe (medium grade) as incomer all as directed (The item rate is inclusive of provisioning of all connected inlet pipe lines from existing sources and all outlet pipes). (iii) Energy efficient mono block type, Electric driven pump sets, capacity not less than 5 HP, working on 415V, 50 Hz 3 Phase AC supply, for recirculation of condenser water - 03 Nos (02 Nos working and 01 No standby) Each suitable for operation on 50% plant capacity, including FASD starters, with ribbed rubber vibration isolation pads, mounted on ISMC frame (painted with 02 coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of anti-corrosive primer) on PCC foundation complete all as specified or as recommended by OEM. MAKES: KIRLOSKAR/BEACON/JYOTI/CROMPTON (iv) Condenser water piping made of MS Pipes, Heavy grade of Dia 100mm , 125 mm of suitable lengths, including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer for interconnecting the cooling tower with condensers and pumps, make up water tanks, water flow switch. Pot Strainer complete all as specified and as per Schematic drg enclosed. Makes of MS Pipes : Jindal steel/Prakash /TATA

(C) CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM :- Comprises of the following:- (i) Energy efficient, mono block type, 3 phase electric driven pump sets of Min Capacity 7.5 HP, suitable for working on 415V, 50 Hz 3 phase Electric supply for recirculation of chilled water - 03 Nos (02 Nos working and 1 No. standby) Each suitable for operation on 50% plant capacity including rubber vibration isolation pads, mounted on ISMC frame (painted with 02 coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of anti-corrosive primer) on PCC foundation including all connections complete all as specified. MAKES: KIRLOSKAR/BEACON/JYOTI/CROMPTON (ii) Chilled water piping with MS, Heavy Grade ERW pipes of diameter 100mm/80mm/65mmm all as specified and indicated on schematic drawing. Chilled water piping shall be insulated with 50mm thick EPS pipe section TF quality, cladded with Aluminium sheet 26 SWG. Make of MS Pipes : Jindal Steel/Tata/Prakash.

(D) AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM : Comprising of the following:- (i) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air handling Units 02(TWO) Nos (with Min Cap of 12,000 CFM QTY - 01 NO. and with Min cap of 8000 CFM QTY - 01 NO.) Double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top/side discharge having corrosion resistant extruded aluminum hollow profile, heavy gauge galvanized steel channel base frame, 25 mm thick double skin panel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF with 'k' value of 0.02 W/°C m & density 40 kg/cum, pre-coated pre-plasticized galvanized outer and inner skin each 0.60mm thick, air-tight casing using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes, the panels having scratch free plastisol coating on outer side. The fan section should be mounted on anti-vibration spring isolators free from main structure. The fan should be belt driven with TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity, Including AMCA certified energy efficient fans with air discharge upblast with double inlet double width forward/ backward curved impellers for 85MM static pressure mounted on aluminum extruded slide rail base frame. The other accessories to be included are PVC Nylon hinges & handles, view port and marine lamp, limit switch, SS-304 drain pan, 10 micron pre-filters, inspection windows/doors . The coil section will consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated. The filter section consist of prefilter of 10 micron, 90% efficiency. AHU shall be provided with UV-C emitters / fixtures in sufficient quantity so as to provide equal distribution of UVC energy on the coil and in the drain pan all as specified or as recommended by OEM with (ii) Strip type Heater bank of 3KW X 6 Nos. capacity in two banks with necessary controls & power cables for AHU of 8000CFM and 3KWX9 Nos capacity in three banks AHU of 12000 CFM. (iii) Humidistat and Thermostat 01 (One) set are to be provided in the AHU room to maintain the required temperature & humidity in air-conditioned space. MAKE: HONEYWELL/ DASSPASS/ RAPID CONTROL (v) Three way Mixing valve of 80 MM DIA -01 Nos and 65 mm dia - 01 Nos, total 02 (TWO nos) (01 No for each AHU) with motorised actuator and modulating thermostat control. MAKE: RAPID CONTROL/ BELIMO/ HONEYWELL (vi) Accoustic Insulation inside SA Duct with 15mm thick Nitrile Rubber open cell foam of Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 and Class 1 Fire Performance and with antimicrobial protection and should pass Fungi Resistance as per ASTM G 21 and Bacterial Resistance as per ASTM E 21 using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive upto fire damper from outlet of AHUs all as specified and directed. (vii) Under deck insulation with not less than 15mm thick Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 and Class 1 Fire Performance and with antimicrobial protection and should pass Fungi Resistance as per ASTM G 21 and Bacterial Resistance as per ASTM E 21 using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive all as specified and directed. MAKE:- K FLEX/ A FLEX/ ARMASOUND/ ARMA CELL. (viii) Fresh air grill with damper including all fittings and mosquito proof netting shall be provided for AHU 02 Nos (01 for each AHU). (E) AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM : It shall comprising the following:- (i) Supply Air Ducting and return Air Ducting both made out of commercial grade GI sheet confirming to IS:277 with Zinc coating of not less than120 grade, factory fabricated as per SMACNA-1995 standards and as per IS:655. Make : Sail/ Tata /Jindal. Thermal Insulation to supply air duct in Un Conditioned Space with 13 MM closed cell Anti-microbial class O Nitrile rubber elastomeric insulation of density 40-60 Kg / M3, thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/MK at 20 degree celsius mean temp and mu>10000 without vapour barrier and factory laminated composition film cladding of metalic appearance having aluminium as intermediate layer to be applied on duct as per manufacturer recommended rubber based adhesive. MAKE:- K FLEX/ A FLEX/ ARMASOUND/ ARMA CELL.
(ii) Aluminium powder coated double deflection adjustable type Supply Air Grills/ Diffusers with GI/MS volume control dampers and aluminium powder coated fixed bar return Air Grills/ Diffusers without volume control damper for return air. Diffuser size not less than 600X600mm and not less than 36Nos for Supply air and not less than 36 Nos for Return air. (iii) Fire & Smoke Dampers. Motorised, fire & smoke Combination dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air duct of required sizes shall be provided. The fire damper shall be motorised and spring return type so as to close the damper automatically in the event of power failure and open the damper when power is restored. The Fire & smoke damper shall be complete with electronic FIRE and SMOKE sensor and electrically operated actuator and interconnecting wiring between AHU & dampers. The control panel of Fire & Smoke dampers shall be located such that the reset can be done easily.- QTY 04 NOS. Make: MAPRO/ AIR FLOW/ CARRYAIRE. Note:- The Schematic layout of ducting/grills is enclosed.
(F) ELECTRICAL WORK : It shall be comprising of the followings: (i) Main Electrical panel Board: Indoor type floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof panel with IP-54 protection fabricated out of suitable sized angle iron and flat iron covered wtih CRCA sheet . Panel shall have front and rear opening for insulation of separate cable alleys ,busbar chamber and switch gear compartments, provision of cable alley to be provided at bottom for entry for incoming & outgoing cable. A clear space of 200 mm to be kept from floor level. Air vents to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable sized knock-out holes for cable glands shall be provided all as specified by the GE. The Panel should be CPRI approved. Each compartment shall accommodate the switch gears and other accessories as per IE rules,complete all as specified and directed - 01 Nos
Outer shell : The outer shell of LT panel board shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x4mm frame factory facbricated with front and back openable single / double door system with locking arrangement. Inner shell : Inner shell shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet suitably compartmentalised for front openable single door system. Base Channel: The LT panel have a bottom base chanel of size 75x40x4.4mm duly covered with zinc metal coating. Bus Bar: Copper Bus Bar 600 Amp Capacity, 04 Nos with heat shrinkable sleeves, colour coded duly fixed on insulated brackets. Outgoing: Separate cubical chamber with a cable alley not less than 300mm width for insulation/ connecting the following with the main bus bar using Copper bus link or copper conductor flexible wires suitable to the switch rating and connecting outgoing terminal of the switch gear terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper duly terminated by cable lugs.
(iv) Control Wiring: Refrigeration control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, FRLS copper conductor, 1100V grade, single core, drawn in and including PVC conduit of suitable size for interlocking arrangement as per standard practice with thermostat, humidstat, balancing valve, blower motor, pumps, starters etc., all as directed and shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Earthing: Earthing of all electrical electric equipments as per standard, with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground, with bottom of earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level, connecting to and including GI strip size 32x6mm (up to the body of the equipment) by means of two GI bolts/nuts/ washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt 15cm thick all around including bottom and top and watering with medium grade GI pipe, 20mm dia projected 30cm above the GL with one socket and GI plug on top, connected to GI funnel, bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers. Earth strip shall be protected by 40mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point/ equipment. The earth strip shall be tested after completion as per IS specifications. Total 07 set of 02 earthings (Total 14 Nos): For 03 chillers collective earthing set - 01 Nos, For 03 Chilled water Pumps collective earthing set - 01 Nos, For 03 Cooling Tower collective earthing set -01 Nos, For 02 Nos AHUs collective earthing set - 01Nos, for 03 Nos LT Panels - total 03 Nos (01 Nos for each AHUs). Note: Complete materials, Earth work, GI pipe as required is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
(G) Civil Work:- Comprising of Masonry foundation for chilling units, pumping sets, cooling tower, make up water tank and AHUs etc., making opening in the brick wall, making good for ducts, pipes, cables and fresh air intake complete all as directed. This AC plant system to be installed in existing building and execution of this work may invove alterations/ modifications in the building. The tenderer is advised to visit the site prior to quoting the rates. The tenderer will submit a detailed structural drawing with necessary support structure for the ducting, from AC plant room to the building for the apporval of accepting officer. The cost of all support structures as required for execution of this work and the modifications required as per standard engineering practices are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
Notes :- 1. All civil works required to install, test and commissioning the equipment like excavation, foundation for equipment, necessary cable ducts with MS chequered covers of 8mm thick duly painted, excavation for laying pipe etc. & making good all disturbed/ broken surfaces, and finishing patch work to match existing surface including fixing the ducting etc. shall be deemed to be included in the above offer. 2. Nessary water supply GI pipe connections of suitable size incl. control valves for the makeup water tank, Cooling towers, Expansion tank and A/C plant from existing water supply connection is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3. Suitable provision to connect condensate outlets from AHUs fan coil units to main drainge through HDPE/PVC/GI pipes shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. 4. All three phase motors shall be provided with independent single phasing preventor with phase reversal and over load protection including electronic interlocking by various cut out pressure switches and connections. 5. All loads up to 32A shall be controlled by MCB & with MCCB for loads above 32A. 6. Manufacturers technical back up, after sales service support shall be provided for chiller package till the completion of defect liability period. 7. Suitable supports for holding the ducts and pipes will be provided by tenderer as specified and directed and shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
8. Air filters shall be of 10.0 microns for AHU pre filter. 09. Velocity of air in supply air duct and at diffuser outlet shall be as per standard engineering Norms but minimum 03 m/s. This will be tested by the GE with anemometer. 10. Items mentioned above are for indication only. Any item/work not included in the above details but is an inescapable technical requirement for the efficient performance and smooth functioning of the plant shall be clearly specified and included in the technical offer. 11. COP shall not be less than 3.0 12. The design conditions as specified in the tender shall be achieved within maximum 120 minutes time. 13. Minimum two chiller shall be tested at 100 % load on ARI test bed at manufacturer's premises to verify the actual capacity & power consumption of the chiller machines. 14. Initial charging of oil and refrigerent shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 15. The complete plant is to be installed, tested and commissioned only by the skilled engineer of the OEM.
16. The plant will be tested in two phases, i.e in Phase-I Test and Phase-II test as per engineering practices and laid down procedures. The test results will be signed by the contractor, Engineer in charge, GE and rep of OEM. 17. The rates quoted is deemed to be inclusive of testing the plant, for the desired parameters, Provisional completion will be issued after successful completion of Phase-I test. The plant is to be tested during Summer, Monsoon and Winter season before issue of final completion, which will be termed as Phase-II tests. The Defect liability period will start after completion of Phase II test and issue of final completion. 18. The The contractor will provide training to MES staff for duration of 01 (one) Month after Provisional completion of work for satisfactory operation of AC plant.

Serial Item No 2: Supply and Fixing Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling in 60cm x 60cm grid work with Calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre. Hangers shall be of 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length), adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
