M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi-stranded cables drawn through and including ISI marked PVC casing capping of suitable size and all necessary fittings and provision of one run of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi-stranded single core cable of size 1.5 sqmm and connected to common earth dolly including 2nd class HW board fixed on wall with sunmica top for mounting switches/ sockets etc. for one fan point controlled by one switch and regulator complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Four runs of 10 sqmm cable, one run of 10 sqmm earth conductor cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured and paid together as one unit length.

Note: Insulation, mild steel supports/ brackets, wiring and control switches shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for providing heat dissipation nitrile rubber/ XLPE insulation of suitable thickness with prefixed aluminium foil wrapped around to exposed surfaces of air cooler duct units with approved adhesive all as specified and as directed. Make: K Flex/ Armaflex/ Supreme

M&L for air supply grills with outer frame, fabricated with powder coated aluminium sheets, removable core type, with 5mm thick louvers at 12mm spacings with intermediate supports, fitted to ducts at utility points with all accessories as required including provision of aluminium black anodised opposed blade dampers all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel works such as supports, bracings, clamps and back plates for ducts fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.
