Supply fixing in repair steel tubular swaged pole 9.00m long Type -410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,nuts, bolts and washers etc. and fixed into plain cement concrete foundation duely painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparetion of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.50m( above PCC coping) by black , yellow paint in alternate layers and pole nos. including dismantling of old poles of any description including demolition of concrete foundation complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earth work, cement concrete will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for replacement of Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape & size as indicated or directed and including of one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat with saluminium paint includin taking down old unserviceable cross arms.complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labourfor replacement, of vertical switch air break gang operated HT 11 KV triple pole mechanically operated out door type and rated capacity 200 Amp with 12 insulator and steel frames mechanically operated mechanism consisting of three male contacts & three female contacts of tinned copper, three arching horns, three MS jumper carrier equipped with braided copper belt , operating rod of medium grade 32/25mm bore GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level with locking arrangement with clamp of flat iron 50X6 mm complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair, lightning arrestors expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class , discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts complete including dismantling of old ligthning arrestors of any description complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height , 65 mm dia for 1100volts grade complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour, in repair, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete all as per specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. The earth plate shall be surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust with common salt, packed on all side of earth plate in alternate layers of thick ness 15 cm each including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 mtr complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part- I 1991, Page No. 19 - 49 complete all as specified and as directed. .

Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on HT/LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors including dismantling of old ACSR conductors of any size and description from pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing, in repair, MCCB 630 Amps, 415 Volt, 50 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal & magnetic trip setting unit complete all as specified and as directed.
