Fabrication, erection of sub-station type double pole on 8.5 mtr long PCC/11 mtr. Long ST pole along with fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including supply & fixing of straight MS 100x50mm top channel (2240mm long) one no., dropper channel, substation base angle 100x50 mm 2 nos. with arrangement of fixing 3 nos. pin insulator as per RESPO specification and direction of E/I. Only pole & insulator supplied by the dept.

Digging of pit erection (As per RESPO norms) of 11KV 9/11/8.5 mtr long ST/PCC pole with fixing of necessary items, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11KV Pin/Disc insulator, guarding angle(1.8 mm65x65x6) with nut & bolts its ramming as per RESSPO Specification. Only pole, insulator & X-arm shall be supplied by the department.

Fabrication, erection T-Off pole single section pole along with T-Off channel clamp disc fitting & pin accessories, grouting in 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast as per RESPO specification. Only pole and insulator shall be supplied by the department.

Digging of pit erection (As per RESPO norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC line on 8.5mtr long PCC pole by providing of necessary eye hook/LT shackle insulator with clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESPO specification. Only Pole will be provided by the department.

Prepare proper space for construction of Plinth

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 Mtr with first class bricks and massonary work in the ratio 1:4cement and course sand with RCC Top 1:2:2 cement sand and course sand stone gritt with MS bar and MS channel for resting of T/F

Fabrication and fixing of wiremesh fencing of 11/0.4KV S/S made as per require-ment 3mtr height 45x45x5 mm angle frame and 1 No horizontal runner by 40x5 mm MS flat then welding of wiremesh on it 50x25mm made of 12 SWG ,diagonal bracing of all the frame panel welded with MS flat 25x3mm support, grouting properly by cement concrete and course sand

Painting of wiremesh Fencing with 2 coat of red oxide and 2 coat of enamel Paint

Construction of missionary type DP Box with First class brick ballast ,course sand ,cement and MS Bar local sand by making 2 Nos pillar 1 Mtr long 25mm width 6 feet height above ground level ,fixing of 2 Nos MS Angle for mounting of Henley type fuse unit plastering both side with provision of ,all material arrange by contractor

Fabrication and fixing of Henley type Tailless Fuse Unit 500 Amp 650 Volts

Fabrication and Fixing of Electrolytic copper Bus bar of Size 50x6x750mm

Providing and fixing of 11KV DO Fuse set along with clamp and nut bolt

Laying of cable 11 KV XLPE cable (3x35/70/120/170/185) sqmm in kaccha road by digging of trench laying cable with first class brick boxing and sand, as RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Laying of cable 11 KV XLPE cable (3x35/70/120/170/185) sqmm in pakka road by boring method laying cable as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Hoisting of 11KV cable will be passed through GI pipe required size duly clamped with pole at the bottom ,middle and top of the pole all material provided by contractor

High pressure testing of 11KV Cable by high pressure equipment

Proper Jumpering of 11KV Cable on tapping point

Laying of LT Cable from T/F to DP Box and DP Box to LT Line pole

Hoisting of LT cable will be passed through GI pipe required size duly clamped with pole at the bottom ,middle and top of the pole only cable supplied by department

Proper Jumpering with existing LT Line with PVC Cable and Al Lugs

Errection and commissioning of AB Conductor of size 3x120/95/50/25sqmm

Laying stringing and sagging of 3Phase 3 wire 11KV line on ACSR Weasel/Rabbit /Racoon /Dog conductor as per Respo

Providing and fixing of guarding angle on existing 11 KV support with clamp and nut bolts.

Cradle guarding of HT line by GI wire. GI wire shall be supplied by the department.

Ordinary Earthing by MS Earth rod2500 mm long all material provided by department.

Grouting binding nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps accessories stay set and stay wire provided by department

Installation of 11KV CT/PT on double pole connected with metering unit along with providing and fixing of all accessories such as S/S base ,MS Flat ,clamps,nut and bolts,

Proper jumpering of 11KV Incoming and outgoing Cable with Pole Mounted unit

Dragging of pilfer metering cubical inside the metering room its installation and commissioning

Earthing of Pipe type with 60 feet deep boring and providing jindal make pipe "B" class 1" dia and GI strip 25x5 6mtr long attached with clamps and GI pipe .

Safe Installation of 10/16/25 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Safe Installation of 63/100 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Safe Installation of 250/400 KVA T/F on double pole by providing and fixing of all accessories along with making HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Making HT/LT Connection of T/F with suitable size of Al Lugs Copper L-Piece

Providing, fabrication and fixing of 11KV TPMO Set with AB Switch along with clamps, nut & bolts on existing double pole.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV Cable joining kit O/D and I/D.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV Straight through jointing kit.

Fixing of 3 phase distribution box/kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps and material required for mounting connections and sealing.

Safe Installation of 11 Kv VCB/O/G CTR 200/100/5A 350 MVA VCB and its Commissioning.

Strengthening double pole by replacement of top channel sub station base angle suitable for 63/100 KVA T/F.

Dismantling of LT/HT line including rolling back its conductor, wire, including stacking & transpiration of these materials form site to JE dump store/Central Store Daliganj, Lucknow.

Dismantling of PCC/LT pole its cartage up to JE;s dump store. After sifting Line on new erected pole.

Dismantling of 10/16/25/63 KVA T/F and its carriage back to JE Dump store

Dismantling of 100/250/400 KVA T/F and its carriage back to JE Dump store

Grouting of pole by cement course sand and stone gritt

Painting of ST pole by Al paint and post office red paint

Plinthing of ST Pole by cement stone gritt and course sand

Cutting and chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT Line. After clearance line throughout pieces of tree branches of site.
