Schedule 'A' Section - I

M & L dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface350x 250x 7mm to 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified.

M & L Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying glazed tiles in floors etc. , complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (of approved shade) of size n.exc. 600x 600 mm x (8 to 9)mm mm thick in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 20 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for lying floor finishes in cement sand mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Marterial and Labour for Granite (of any type) work of thickness 20mm in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.(1:4) over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying marble incl moulding, complete all as specified and as directed .

Rounding to edges of stone slab to ne edge, such as in steps nd other similar situatiuons, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Coloured Prepolished chequered cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in white cement and pigment in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in landing and shelves etc complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring making even and smppth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate laid in panels in plinth protection, even & fair surfaces without using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of Reinforcement Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in landing and shelves etc complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, shelves all as specified. Note : (Reinforce bar paid and measured separately)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster,any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on Brick work incl finishing surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on stone work incl finishing surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces , finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls of and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement priming coat of any approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L preparation of new surface applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall over a coat of 2mm th wall care putty over coat of Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkaliresistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames without taking down shutters from the frame exc. 1.5 sq. m but n.exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down shutter of any description, exc 1.0 sqm but n.exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames without taking down shutters from the frame n exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified.

Supplied and Fixed IInd class HW Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, Plain framed, factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fixing IInd Class HW 35mm thick, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing 30mm thick 2nd class hardwood, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.20 (b) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Factory made solid PVC frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specificaiton and drawing.

M&L for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawingsupplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing Complete all as specified & directed.
