Supply of Hot Dip Galvanized Octagonal street light pole of 5 mtrs length, 3 mm thick having minimum 130mm bottom diameter, 70 mm top diamater with 200mm x200mmx12mm size base plate and 4 no's, 16mm dia x 450 mm length "J" type foundation bolts with templates and the pole should have suitable door opening at the bottom, the door opening should be reinforced, water proffed & with proper lock and Key arrangement and arrangement of in build Junction Box for terminal box with provision for connecting one number 6A SP MCB & power studs /connector to receive loop in & out loop 4 Core armoured aluminium cables of size upto 25 Sq.mm, providing M10 bolt for Earthing etc. as required.

Provision of RCC foundation for erection of 5 meter length metallic pole ( Details are mentined in Item-1) including design of RCC foundation shall be resistance capacity of 296 KM/Hr Wind Speed, by providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete.1 :1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and providing Steel reinforcement ( Thermo-Mechanically 2 Treated bars of grade Fe-415 or more) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in the foundation of minimum size of 400 mm(L) x 400 mm (W) x 1300 mm (H) as per OEM recommendation / wetted Design including fixing of J bolts and providing suitable size HDPE pipe in the foundation for looping of cable, excavation and refilling etc. complete as required.
