Maintenance/Servicing of DG Set 62.5 KVA - 01 No DG SET of ENGINE Kirloskar Cummins including replacement of defective and worn out minor filters, gaskets, V-belts, Engine Oil, rubber hoses, worm defective clamps nutsbolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery terminals, adding distilled water, checking the oil, coolent level of DG Set installed at Main Receiving Stn at Chakabama Mil Stn. Notes :- (Spare parts will be measured and paid separately against relevant items)

Maintenance/Servicing of DG Set 125 KVA DG SET of ENGINE Kirloskar Cummins including replacement of defective and worn out minor filters, gaskets, V-belts, Engine Oil, rubber hoses, worm defective clamps nutsbolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery terminals, adding distilled water, checking the oil, coolent level of DG Set installed at Pump House No 2 and 3 at Chakabama Mil Stn. Dismantling of existing alternator of 62.5 KVA DG set Make Kirloskar Cummins from foundation and disconnecting electrically and mechanically from the engine and taking out the alternator from site to workshop Dimapur by Transporting after rewinding of all the defective coils by using appropriate super quality copper winding wire of suitable guage including varnishing and insulation paper complete all reassembling with engine at site and all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Old Painted Surfaces of 62.5 KVA DG SET and applying with Two Coat of Grey Synthetic Enamel Paint on Engine and Alternator Body and Two Coat of Red Synthetic Enamel Paint on Fan Guard and Two Coat of Black Synethic Enamel Paint on Base Channel Frame of the DG SET painted with Spray Painting Machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast RCC cover slab 30cmx30cmx10cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, watering pipe 20mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) with MS funnel for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil complete all other accessories as shown on electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch Pt-I all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Solar street Light f 43/60 W LED dismantling, checking replacement of unserviceable parts and components as required and make the solar light fittings operational to give rated illumination incl cleaning the solar plate and refixing the same after repair/replacement of spare components complete with repair of battery box as per required welding work and all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge . Note :-(Spare parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of such 'A').
