Supply & fixing 125A TPN SFU with 125A Fuse Link--------------5nos; Along with ON Indication lamp; 6A SP MCB as control circuit along with neutral link for each feeder/outgoing. 2. C) Bus Section: 500 V 500 A. electrolyte grade Copper bus bar with vertical section of size 40x 10 mm for per Phase RYB, & 40x10 mm for neutral bars. Interconnection between main bus and outgoing switchgears should be done by Copper Bus Bar/ Equivalent ratting of Copper Wire. Bar for earth 25x6 Al. A bus bar shall be fixed with FRP chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Sinkable sleeve of suitable size & color as per direction of E.I.C.

Painting: Paint will be powder coated, After cleaning, the surface shall be given a phosphate coating, nine tank process system, SIEMENS GREY, RAL-7035 Shed Constructural Details: All incoming & outgoing panel mounted cubical Switch disconnector fuse shall be housed in Respective compartment with hinged & gasketted Door at front. All doors shall have Panel lock Arrangement. Degree of Protection will be IP-54 .The panel shall be properly Gasketted to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & Remain. Busbar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by M.S. nuts & bolts On angle /flat iron frame base.as per direction of E.I.C. The PANEL will be fabricated by 14 SWG. CRCA Sheet. The sheet steel thickness will be 2mm & Gland plate shall be 2/3mm thick. Individual compartment door will be interlocked with respective breaker. Panel must have with Bus Alley and Cabe Alley with proper termination by 3/4 WAY Stud Type Power Terminal for every outgoing and incoming feeder. Individual nake plate should have on repective feeder.
