Construction of Boundary wall of Barat Ghar in village Birondi, Greater Noida

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonnes roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depression, lead upto 50M as per MORTH. All kinds of soil.

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc, required for proper completion of the work. (UPPWD/SOR-20/5.08/281)

RCC Grade M-25 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing. (MORTH-20/9.06/E/Case-II)

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. up to plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars og grade Fe 500D or more. (Sail Steel) (DSR-18/5.22.6/AR)

M-150 Brick Work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work. Same as item no. 303 but in 1:4 one cement & 4 fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/6.05/305) Same as item no. 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four Coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/6.05/305(a))

M-150 Brick Work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work. Same as item no. 303 but in 1:4 one cement & 4 fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/6.05/305) Same as item no. 303 to 307 above but in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less then half brick, Add extra labour to above items. (SOR-20/6.07/309(a))

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove. DSR-18/13.73.1/AR

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/5.06/279) Same as above item no. 279 but with 2 cm. gauge stone grit instead of 4 cm. gauge stone ballast. (SOR-20/5.07/279(a))
