REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE PARTS OF SERVO VOLTAGE STABLIZER, MAIN LT PANEL, HIGH MAST LIGHT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT KARU AND SHESHARTHANG MIL STN UNDER GE 860 EWS

M&L for lowering the existing High Mast with required plants and tools and down the high mast light ring replacement of unserviceable light fittingswith the new one and servicing the high mast accessories including greasing the winch and SWG rope, including replacement of required at site complete re-mounting the high mast afetr carryout all the repair to tis original position made serviceable and testing after completion also including servicing the High Mast panel and replacement of three phase timer switch and power contactor and required copper wires and other accessories and made funtional complete all as speciofied and as directed. Note: The light fittings shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevant items.

M&L for disconnecting electric connection from incoming and outgoing of servo voltage stabilizer 3 phase balanced/ unbalanced load type opening and de-assembling the complete unit of servo controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply of any make complete. Fault detection, repairing and rectification of defects, servicing all moveable and static parts and accessories including repairing/ replacing all defective parts such as old sleeves, bolts, nut and washers, wires, hooks etc including tightening of all loose connection and all other minor accessories as required at site. Re-assemblinbg/ commissioning, testing the servo controlled voltage stabilizer unit complete after required repairs and fixing the various parts assembly in housing/ tank making complete internal electric/ mechanical connections, replacement of all as specified and directed including painting the stabilizer by scrapping the old paint and preparing old surface and applying two coats of synthetic enameled existing colour paint externally over a coat of red oxide primer paint and writing SM/MES No and capacity of stabilizer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement voltmeter 0 to 500 volts 96x96mm flush type in stabilizers including taking out the old unserviceable complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement ammeter 0-100 square shape 96 mm or as per sample. Make :- AE or equivalent approved make.

Matreial and labour for winding the 100 KVA servo voltage stabilizer with super enamelled copper conductor winding wire of same guage including necessary insulating materials for servo voltage stabilizer of capacities 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 KV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling, topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed.

Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration machine to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various transformers/voltage stabilizers complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Transformer oil used for TOP UP measured and paid separately.

Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 25.00 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned down thickness of sand shall be measured only.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description including joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 50 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking out old UNSV Main LT panel board of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in repairs, testing and commissioning Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels made by aprroved enclosures in MES & they shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing].
