Hiring of skilled and unskilled manpower, and supplying bamboo posts of required lengths, including erecting and installing them in the approved staggered arrangement with necessary cross supports. The work shall include digging holes of the required diameter in running soil, fixing the bamboo posts securely, fastening them properly with coir ropes, and covering the entire pandel structure except front side with waterproof tarpaulin. Adequate provisions shall be made for natural ventilation. The floor of the premises shall be covered with suitably sized tarpaulin mattresses/sheets, all complete as per the approval and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). Size of the Kiosk(Lx W x H)= (4m x 3m x 3m) for Entire Sraboni Mela, 2026(Approx 47 days) INCLUDING Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling including all associated works. (a) Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm.) + (g) Extra rate for using local sand inlieu of powered earth in Single layer soling.[As per PWD Schedule item no-1,Page No-226] (i) EACH UNIT SOLING = 4.00 M X 3.00 M = 12 Sq. mtr. (ii) Front Side of each pandal 1.5mtr X 6mtr.(Avg.) X 1 unit = 9 Sq. mtr. Total (12+9) Sq. mtr.= 21 Sq. mtr.

Hiring charges for providing and maintaining four (4 Nos.) Hot, Cold &Normal Floor-Standing Water Dispensers with Refrigerator for EACH Kiosk. (TopLoading, 20-litre capacityeach), along with eight (8 Nos.)20-litre water dispenser bottles (additional), and PVC water storage tank of 3,000-litre capacity at each of kiosk for the entire duration of Sraboni Mela 2026 (approximately 47 days).

Installation of Hot, Cold & Normal Floor-Standing Water Dispensers with Refrigerator and PVC tanks properly on the basis of site condition as per following:- A) Properly placement of Water Dispensers with Refrigerator as per direction B) 25 mm dia PVC pipe line arrangement with. tap connection including supplying fitting and fixing 25 mm dia and 15 mm dia PVC Pipes and other accessories of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 From Tubewell to Kiosk.to complete the job as per direction C) Water inlet arrangement at the top by using 32 mm dia long screw fixing. D) Cleaning of PVC tanks by bleaching powder properly. E) Water Filling Arrangement for all tanks Using Pumping Machinery. F) Deployment of manpowers for distribution of Drinking water and execution of allied works at different kiosk (2 nos per head / 3 nos shift for 35 days and 3nos per head / 3 shift for 10 days) G) Deployment of Supervisors for supervision and coordination for the smooth operation of the entire distribution system in connection with the observance of Sraboni Mela, 2026. 01 No. per Head per Shift =47days x 01no. x 3shift [03 Kiosk under 1 Supervisor]

Hiring of Bamboo Structure for pipe line crossing over Road as per site condition. 01 nos(Kiosk). X 45days = 45 unit

Supply of Drinking Water through PVC water tank in hired Mechanised Van / Tata 107 / 207 including loading, unloading of tanker, filiing the tanker with safe drinkig water from the nearby PHE Over Head Reservoirs, disnfecting the tanks at regular intervals as per direction of EIC by engaging one unkiled labour /helper for proper management & distribution of safe drinking water among the different Kiosk entire Sraboni Mela 2026 with all charges for transportation including cost of fuel, lubricant, driver & helper charges, taxes, etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C

Supply and delivery at site of paper glasses of 200–250 ml capacity, made from good-quality food-grade paperboard and manufactured from approved food-safe materials, suitable for serving both hot and cold beveragescomplete in all respects as directed by the E.I.C.(03 nos KIOSK)

Supply and fitting, fixing of printed flex banners with suitable wooden frame at different drinking water distribution kiosks for pilgrims during Sraboni Mela, 2026, complete with all materials and manpower. Deployment of a Water Sample Collection Personnel for collection of water samples from each kiosk during Sraboni Mela 2026. The collected samples will be sent to the Chandannagar Laboratory for quality testing. Upon receipt of the test reports, necessary corrective measures and rectifications will be carried out at the respective kiosks on the following day. This activity will be undertaken on a continuous basis, covering different kiosks day by day throughout the mela period. 01 Nos per day =01 no. x 47days=47 (1 Person take sample from 03Nos Kiosk)

Connection charges from WBSEDCL Junction Box to each kiosk by Providing on hirebasis with 1.1 KV grade 10sqmm Aluminium Conductor PVC / XLPE armoured cable and Hiring of DP 32 Amps main switch -1 Set. 6 nos. 20A Switch and 6nos. 20A 3pin socket on suitable size,2nos. 6A Switch and 2nos. 6A 3pin socket .LED lamps – 1 nos.Tube Light-3nos for proper illumination at inside, ceiling fan – 1 no., and pedestal fan – 1 no,100 watt LED flood Lamp -2 Nos for proper illumination at out side including electrical connection in each kiosk from the existing power supply point for Entire Sraboni Mela, 2026.

Hiring charges of 4 numbers of chairs and 1 number of table with cover for each kiosk for a period 36days.
