Plain cement concrete ,25 mm average thickness (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in levelling course finished even & rough without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for area where servicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 450x300x7-8 mm thick laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles in and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note : Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles in and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note :- Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Granite (of any type ) 16-18 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) fine grained 'Z' black/red in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster on brick work or concrete external surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster on brick work or concrete internal surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete internal surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete External surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 1mm thick wall care putty interior grade to smoothening the surface by using sand paper , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of internal surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including 1mm thick Walll care putty and smoothing the surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mooss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying Two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper etc and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel or Iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note For Ser Item No. 20 to 25:- The rates quoted against those items shall being to be included for the use of scafolding, ladders, cradles etc, up to triple storey building, removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors, floor and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinerys, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and living premises clean and tidy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge,

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls by mechanically boomer and preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with wall care putty to rubbing down and stoping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade as approved with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description not exceeding 1.50 Sq. m each, and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and CM 1:4 & finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description exceeding 1.50 Sq. m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq. m each, and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and CM 1:4 & finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Uprooting completely natural vegetation/ plants, stems of trees (upto 30cm girth) grown up on walls, parapets or in roof or any part of building upto 10 metre (Ground +2 storey) and making good the damaged/ disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregate to match with the existing surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 by using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion or similar items as in filling in and including demolition of lime concrete/lean concrete/brick bats from sunken portion exc. 15cm thickness (above ground level) in and including removing of debris away from site to a designated point fixed by local administration out side of MOD land , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge .

Broken brick or boulders aggregate not exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15mm thick watered and rammed to a true surface in sunken portion or similar items as in filling in and including demolition of lime concrete/lean concrete/brick bats from sunken portion exc. 15cm thickness (above ground level) in and including removing of debris away from site to a designated point fixed by local administration out side of MOD land , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge .

Steel water tubing, 50 mm bore medium grade ISI Marked , galvanized as in Spout for sunken floor, fixed as in wall with inside end fixed with wire netting and external end bevelled edge at 45 degree, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying two coats of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementtitious waterproofing coat ng, smartcare Ultra block 2K or equivalent, having 215% elongation as per ASTMD-2370, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, Crack briding upto 3.50mm as per EN 1062-7 and sprinkling dry fine sand over wet second coating compelete, as per manufactures specifications ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Unless otherwise recommended by manufacturer, the mixing ratio of the components shall be 6 part of powder and 4 parts of liquid without any water addition in the mixing etc.
