SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out for taking down/laying of pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Mechanical excavation will not be permitted due to sensitivity of Air Force technical area.

Returning, filling in hard/dense soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of DI/GI or any type of pipe including necessary earth work, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1 mtr depth, wide 800mm including making existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate, thickness of concrete is 150mm and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The tenders shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed be included for :- i. Earth work excavation in any type of soil ii. Returning filling in , including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. iii. Removing excavated material to out side MD land iv. Laying of any type/any bore of pipe in trenches including taking down any description. Supply of pipe will be measured and paid separately v. 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in road.

M & L for Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class “K-7” for following sizes with Socket and Spigot ends conforming to IS 8329 in standard lengths suitable for Push-On Rubber Gasket Jointing with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating complete Laid in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and DI special shall be measured and paid separately (a) 150 mm bore

(b) All as per Item No. 6 above but for 100 mm bore

M&L for DI fittings Bend . (any type , radius and angle ) tapers any type (straight , bend , increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces ,connection pieces , collers, caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 3 layer PP-R Polyproplyne random copolymer concealed SDR 7.4 (PN 16) with UV stabilized, black plain and antimicrobial PP-R layers , fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches all as specified and directed for the following sized :- Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately a) 63 mm outer diameter of pipes

b) All as per Item No. 8 above but for 40 mm outer diameter of pipes

c) All as per Item No. 8 above but for 25 mm outer diameter of pipes

M&L for 3 layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed SDR 7.4 (PN 16 ) UV stabilized black plain layered and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixing complete to walls , ceiling or in floors all as specified a) 40 mm outer diameter of pipes

b) All as per Item No. 9 above but for 25 mm outer diameter of pipes

c) All as per Item No. 9 above but for 20 mm outer diameter of pipes

M&L for sluice valves, Flanged Ends of class 1.6 PN of the following sizes including joints with rubber gasket and jointing materials bolts nuts, washers complete all as specified and directed a)150mm bore

b) All as per Item No. 10 above but for 100mm bore

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate Valves (Brass insert) with iron Wheel head screwed both ends for pipes and of the following sizes complete all as specified and directed, a)63 mm outer dia

b)All as per Item No. 11 above but for 40 mm outer dia

c) All as per Item No. 11 above but for 25 mm outer dia

Construction of Valve Chamber of following internal size suitable for Sluice Valve with 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 ,type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation , 200mm thick Brickwork with old size Fly Ash Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6: 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 , Type B1 , using 20mm graded aggregate Coping , rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40x40x6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of primer to steel surfaces and including , necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc, removal of surplus soil off the premises complete all as specified (a) 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm ( Internal)

(b) All as per Item No. 12 above but for 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm ( Internal)

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing PP-R ball valves (brass insert) of 20mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for boring of hole under road pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including DI pipe of 150 mm bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified.

S&F 15 mm bore bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron /PPR pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified..

S&F 15 mm bore stop valve, cast copper alloy,fancy type, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe/PPR or for union complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F cast iron air valves with two air outlets, 150mm bore and fixing up in DI water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F cast iron air valves with two air outlets, 100mm dia bore and fixing up in DI water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and lay for galvanised iron tubing, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, of size 40mm bore. complete all as specified.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks laid across the cable for cable protection above sand cushioning complete all as specified..

M&L for clean dry sand as in sand cushioning in trenches to underground cable including punning down of sand layer all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trenches/on wall/on pole/in duct /bare in road crossings through protection pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty LT cable, 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 2 core size. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F factory made powder coated distribution board SP&N 4 ways, IP 43 protection including standard DIN rail earth bar complete all as specified and confirming to IS 61439-3 including MCB DP 40Amps, 240v,50 Hz AC suitable for 'C' curve ,10KA breaking capacity confirming to IS 60898-1 of 2002 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting the existing CI/DI pipe 200/150mm bore for inserting 150mm bore new connection including insertion of new Tee 150x150x100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Tee and any other fittings required to insertion will be measured and paid separetly

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers , protection pipe GI light grade pipe 15mm bore and connected to main control board all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil ,PCC 1:3:6 in earth chamber, RCC 50 mm thick 1:2:4 cover slab with 6mm dia TMT bar,100mm c/c, MS bar lifting hook,20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe,GI funnel with wire mesh, including testing on completion and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
