Providing Anti-Termite Treatment to soil adjacent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 6313 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below (Measurements taken for the plinth area for the purpose of payment) including breaking of termit mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges transport and storing etc., complete (The chemical should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with Granite tiles of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and Similar varieties of suitable sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Crushed Stone sand (M-sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Crushed stone sand (M-Sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speciification.

Nosing the granite for required shape and design with hand machine etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Single Nosing)

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed Stone sand (M-Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position factory made Stainless Steel Flush Door Shutter 35mm thick using SS 304 Grade 1.6 mm thick, Stainless Sheets on both sides (Equivalent to IS 6911-04 Cr. 19, Ni 9) minimum 8-8.5% nickel and 18% chromium sourced from original stainless steel manufacturer with view panel size 30mm x 45mm made up of 6mm thick clear toughened glass fitted with double side adhesive tape and finished with dowconing silicon sealant, floor spring for each shutter, consealed tower bolt, suitable stainless steel locking arrangement and other necessary furniture fittings of approved quality. H.BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generaor set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with proper alignment.

I) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof Acoustic canopy conforming CPCB IV+ norms floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather condtions and compliance to IS standards.

Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 160KVA Diesel generator complete with all accessories as above and suitable supports etc. as approved by competent authority to suit updated CPCB norms.

J) Erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation.

K)Supply of manuals for operation & maintenance of DG set with warranty card etc. L) CEIG approval: Preparation of site plan physical layout, electrical line schematic Diagram 10 sets, getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation of complection report rectification report etc., arranging CEIG inspection and obtaining CEIG safety certificate, payment of CEIG inspection fees if necessary and preparation of one set of approval Drawing and copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work.

(M)TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.

(A) Supply, fabrication and erection of one number PUF insulated cabinet type mortuary chamber to hold 4 bodies in 2-tier arrangement as per the following specification and provisions.

1) External cabinet dimensions of 2114mm(w) x 2404mm(D) x 1785mm(H)

2) Insulation with 80mm thick pre fabricated modular PUF panel with cyclopentane blowing agent made of CFC and HCFC free high grade polyurethane with 40 Kg/cu.mt. 3) Panel finish with 0.55mm thick stainless steel 304 grade

4) Individual doors for each body with chrome plated hinges and locks. 5) All panels to be joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by means of cam locks on each side to ensure air tightness, foamed in PVC bubble gasket in all panels.

6) 'L' shaped corner panel in a single piece in all four corners 7)Edge of the doors and door openings to be finished with PVC lining 8) Electronic temperature indicator cum controller, vapor proof/water proof incandescent lamp fixture with plastic coated globe.

9) Pilot light to alert the personnel on the outside of the cabinet. 10) Toggle switches to operate the vapour proof light and pilot light mounted on the outside of cabinet with stainless steel cover plate protection.

B) Supply, fabrication and erection of one number unitary type roof top mounted refrigeration system to maintain +2 deg C to +6 deg C inside the 4 body Mortuary cabinet with the following specifications: 1)capacity not less than 6000 BTU/HR 2)compressor of make Kirloskar Cope land/equivalent with condenser with

condenser coil, evaporator with evaporator fan motor with suction, discharge and liquid copper refrigerant piping and expansion device etc., complete operating on with power supply at 230V +/10% single Phase/50Hz AC supply.

C) Supply, fabrication and erection of 4Nos of telescopic structure sliding in the fixed channel within the cabinet each to hold 120kgs of weight when it is stretched fully out.

D) Supply, fabrication and fixing of 4 numbers of telescopic stainless-steel trays with Rollers and bush bearing to keep body on the telescopic structure inside the cabinet. E) Providing 2" thick raised concrete platform of suitable size to keep the 4 body mortuary cabinets.

F) Providing drainage piping from the evaporator and cabinet to lead drain water just outside the cabinet room. G) Including Packing and Forwarding Charges.

H) Clear height of 1m above the cabinet recommended for better air circulation.
