Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work in all classification of soil, lift upto any height stacking the eacavated soil within all lead and lift and then returning the stacked soil up to any layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form workin Foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) First Class Bricks including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Finishing with floating coat of neat cement slurry incluidng of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in: (a) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc.upto 200mm. in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. in:- (a) Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level

Providing tor steel reinforcement(Fe 415/500 D as per design) for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level. Tor Steel. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete.110mm nominal size including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing PVCcowl 110mm dia including carriage of material within all leads and lifts

Providing, laying and jointing reinforced concrete Pressure pipes I.S. Class NP.2 of the following internal diameters with collars and butt ends joint including testing of joints complete 300mm including carriage of material within all leads and lifts

Constructing manhole with R.C.C top slab in 1:2:4 mix in 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished smooth complete including curing and testing & carriage of material within all leads and lifts. (i) Inside size 1200 x 900mm and 1000mm deep including C.I. cover and frame (medium duty) 500mm internal diameters total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116kg (weight of cover 58 kg. Weight of frame 58 kg.) With 200mm thick walls of brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 sand).
