Supplying, Erecting and fixing in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning/ painting the HT poles of OH lines and HT four pole/ two pole structures complete with crossarms any height and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic aluminium paint and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide and colour washing of pole coping details as are under:-

M&L for cleaning the pre-stressed cement street light poles 9 / 11 meters height preparing surfaces plastered or unplaster old surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer including two coats colour washing of PCC coping and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" widecomplete all as specified.

Material and labour XLPE insulated (Earthed) , screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade,3 core, cross sectional area 95 sq.mm including inspection and testing. including taking down old U/S HT cable complete all as specified .

S&F cable route indicator for HT UG cable of 11000 volts bolted with 40x6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtrs and 80 mm CI plate embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of size 20x20x30 cm block complete all as specified

Supply & lay 80mm dia bore GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified including taking down U/S one.

Cutting and trimming tree branches any girth and any size touching overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr length both sides of OH line with in a span and disposing the same not exc 50 m and cleaning the site all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pauring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 all as directed.

M&L for Spray painting of upto 500 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking or transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Shifting of the any make of transformer rating up to 500 KVA mounted onplinth/pole from existing location to new location and existing transformer vice versa, including removing and reconnections of HT/LT side, jumper / cable connection, control cable connection of both transformers including testing and commission complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the transformer.

M&L for boring of horizontally holes under the road below 1.0 mtr from the road/hard surface by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and inclduing necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply & laying HDPE pipe up to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA work pressure .NOTE: AVERAGE WIDTH OF THE ROAD IS 20 RM

Earthing (OH/Sub station) with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x6 mm hick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32 mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part I 1991, GE earth lead protected by GE pipe 40 mm dia light grade, providing and connected to earth test point with & including necessary excavation & earth works in any type of soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to 50 metre, filing with mixture of charcoal and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, pit of PCC 1:2:4 with precast cover of RCC 1:2:4, watering arrangement with GI funnel, 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe, earth test point, commissioning & testing complete. ( Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 metre measured and paid for separately.)

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in-pipe Technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250) microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm 2mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Baron Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab.

The earth pit should be provided with a EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, G00D EARTH i.e. BLACK COTTON OR MOISTURES NORMAL SOIL is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 3 bags CONDUCTOLITE BFC for installation of earth electrode. As the earth electrode is the main component of the Earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Model ASEEL 19 (Zinc & AC Coated ) (All the above given dimensions may vary ± 1 MM). OR Make “INDELEC”, “ERICO”, “MACMATE” . For installation of 2m earth electrode 1 Electrode with 3 bags BFC Conductolite to mixed with soil for lowering soil resistivity in excavated pit. 1) The buried Conductors (GI/Copper/ALM) are to be covered by 150mm thick layer of CONDUCTOLITE for additional protection of conductors & better conductivity to lower the resistivity of soil & bring down earth resistance.

Disconnecting HT/LT electric connections of defective outdoor/indoor distrubution transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted, from uploading with help of crain and transporting at local authorised work shop, taking out complete transformer oil from tramsformer, stored the oil in separate container. Opening the top cover for lifting up the core assembly carefully dismantling same. Check the condition of HT & LT winding of transformer and providing new insulation such as craft paper insulation top gasket kreeper paper varnish etc, checking the transformer body for any leakages & rectify by welding as required cleaning the transformer body internal & externally painting the body with one coat of approved paint, Refixing of the same after ovening of core to achive the permissible insulation level and refilling the transformer oil after dehydration & filteration. Reassembling & testing complete and provide testing report, transporting back & up load the same at site by using crain safely. Reconnecting & commissioning al as specified. Notes :- 1. Winding wires /strips of copper or aluminium shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. 3. Dehydration and filteration of existing oil shall be measured and paid separately.4. Transportation of transformer if required ( to & fro) is deemed to be included. 5. Labour component for fixing of supply only items is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only new HV/LV enamelled copper winding wire/strips of superior quality of suitable gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including cork sheet, fibre glass insulation / paper insulation / cotton ampire tape, varnishing and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers (Brass) soldering and other packing materials etc., all as specified

Re-conditioning of HT/ LT coil of transformer copper wound made out of super enamelled insulated copper strip as per existing gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including insulating, binding varnishing and backing as required complete all as specified

Ovening/ heating of transformer of core rating 63 KVA to 500 KVA of with HV&LV coil / winding at steady temperature for up 72 hrs or above to get permissible insulation value complete all as specified

Supply only in replacement of HT 11 KV bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable up to 100 KVA transformer of any make / type / size all as specified.

Description all as per Item No.32 here in before but suitable for transformer of capacity 125 KVA to 400 KVA

Supply only in replacement of LT bushes 415 volts, porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable upto 100 KVA transformer of any make / type / size all as specified.
