Disconnecting & taking out non functional VCB and SF-6 Breaker of any description of rating 33 KV,1250 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB / SF-6 Braker for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Note for item No. 3 to 7 :- (i) T&P (any type) required for testing shall be arranged by the contractor. (ii) Manpower skilled required for carrying out testing shall also be arranged by the Contractor (iii) Test report duly signed by all concerned will be submitted to GE (I) R&D Delhi. (iv) The quoted rates are deemed to be included above aspects & no extra payment will be entertained for the same.

Supply, Fixing & Testing in replacement Annunciator panel with alarm system having 8 windows for monitoring 8 operations with LED lighting system complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable control cable any size any description and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm 8 core copper conductor armoured cable connecting the cable in position properly by providing suitable new copper lugs GI bolts & Nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable/damaged/non operational existing lightening arrestor of 33KV Switching yard and supply , fixing, testing and commissioning of new lightening arrestor 33KV, having discharge capacity of 65 KA, suitable for 33KV and maximum voltage of 36KV for (MRS) with solid earthed natural system comprising of Metal oxide elements suitable for ACSR Conductor alongwith the insulating base structural work and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable 33 kv Isolator gang operated outdoor type upto ratio 400 Amps of 33 KV and supply and fix new 33 kv Isolator gang operated three phase,Double break,Triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operated mechanism welded from tubular rotating type switch with arcing horns, bimetallic connectors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable 33 kv Dropout Fuse set outdoor type upto ratio 400 Amps of 33 KV and supply and fix new 33 kv Dropout Fuse set 3 pole,outdoor type upto ratio 400 Amps of 33 KV mounted on insulator connected to tubular switch with arcing hornscomplete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting GOD of capacity 33 KV, dismantling of GOD for complete repair & overhauling and checking the serviceability of spares and operating mechanism and replacement of defective/worn out spare parts for making the GOD functional including reassembling of operating mechanism oiling & greasing of moving parts, fine setting of mechanism, making the GOD perfect operational in manual mode complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only following spare parts for 33 KV GOD complete all as specified and directed :- Note :(i) Fixing & testing element of following item is deemed to be included under item No 13 above.

Material and Labour in repair for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. Copper plate connected with copper strip of size 32x6mm by means of copper nuts, bolts and washers. copper strip of size 32x6 mm shall be laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) as shown in electrical plat No. 03 of SSR Part-I & testing complete with following:- (a) Copper strip 32x6 mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick re-inforced with 8mm dia bars 75mm centre to centre both ways with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Ammeter of any description and in any position and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of new digital Ammeter size as per site requirement suitable for panel 11 KV HT VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Volt Meter of any description and in any position and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of new digital Volt meter size as per site requirement suitable for panel, 11 KV HT VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out non functional VCB/OCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, 400 Amps to 800 Amps dismantling/opening of the VCB/OCB for servicing/overhauling taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning and servicing greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the Breaker after overhauling /servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. Decarbonising\cleaning complete HT 11 KV 3 Phase bus bar chamber of HT panel electrical connection rods complete HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and out going breaker after removing complete monoplast putty cleaning with CTC solution and ensure proper decarbonising refixing the same after applying beacon (red) insulating compound to the spout checking all connections tightening the nut and bolts washers of incoming and out going connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All unserviceable/wornout nuts, bolts, washers, lugs &glands etc shall be replaced and the unit rate quoted is deemed to be included the above items.

Supply & fix in replacement three phase rotary switch for ammeter or Voltmeter on HT VCB Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ Refixing after repair of current transformer testing various make 11KV relays complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 33 KV current transformer having ratio of 200+100\5+5 A having protection core class 5P 10, burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA breaking cap of 36 KV for 1.0 second complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in repair automatic DC unintrupted power supply system for 24/30 v DC for 33/11 KV protection equipments with following specification. Supply and fixing in repair battery 12v 150 AH Lead acid low maintanance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting to HT VCB Panel of E/M installations by cleaning the existing old paint with the help of mechanical tools such as wire brush, scraper and sand paper from the surface of panel and painting the prepared surface with two coat of synthatic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, HT 11 KV cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed for the 95 to 120 sqmm sizes:

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 11 KV (Earthed) , aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having following cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 11 KV (Earthed) , aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having following cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in replacement jointing and testing for outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable for 11 KV, XLPE insulated cable of 120 Sqmm 3 core including cutting the faulty outdoor end termination joint of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in Replacement jointing and testing for outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable for 11 KV, XLPE insulated cable of 95 Sqmm 3 core including cutting the faulty outdoor end termination joint of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 40 to 44 :- (i) All necessary T & P Blow lamp, HT Megar etc shall be arrange by the Contractor. (ii) After detecting the fault the defect for joints shall be rectified with in 4 hrs. In case of failure the penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per hour will be recovered from the contractor's due payment.

Demolition of cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exc 1.50 Km and n.exc 5.00 Km complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and making impression of expanded metal, whilst concrete making good as per existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for in replacement, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 100 mm bore,light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing broken/damaged PCC duct cover of any description and Material & labour for duct cover of pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 430mm x 600mm x 60mm thick,(approx) cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways with 02 Nos 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of old stone aggregate cleaning screening and relaying at same or another location complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 40 to 63 mm graded stone aggregate of black trap / granite / basalts spread in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, & well rammed to a true surface including removal of old stone aggregate relaying at same complete all as specified & directed

M&L for repairing / servicing the existing unserviceable Air Circuit Breaker of 800 Amp capacity L&T/Crompton make for proper functioning (tripping) on overload and earthfault by replacing the wornout parts, lightening all cable ends including replacing the unserviceable lugs etc, cleaning the dust by blower complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Wornout unserviceable parts of ACB will be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The servicing of ACBs will be done only throgh authrised rep of OEM.

Supply only Lockable trip push button (LTPB) kit of 800 Amps Air circuit breaker complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only contact spring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only moving contact complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Inspection of 3.15 MVA Power transformer 33/11 KV ( Make -Schneider) to check the overall health of transformer including performig various test onsite such as MBT current & balance, Ratio test,, winding resistance, vector group, input/output termination checking, transformer safety checking & testing etc. by authorised rep of Schneider Electric and submitting report based on the tests complete all as specified & directed.

Note : (i) Inspection and testing of transformer will be done only through authrised OEM of Schneider . (ii) All the T&P required during the inspection & testing of transformer such as megger, testing kit, cables, lifting machine etc shall be arranged by the contractor only. (iii) All the expenses related to OEM rep such as transportation, staying etc. will be arranged by contractor only. (iv) Purchase order between contractor & OEM ( M/S Schneider or its service partner ) to be submitted to the department by the contractor . (v) Contractor shall be submit minutes of meeting, inspection report, tentative BoQ for repair / rectification of the transformer duly concurred by OEM.
