Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 mix (1 cement 4 coarse sand 8 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) excl. cost of centring and shuttering all work up to plinth level (using crushed stone agg.)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Provision for electric fitting including undergournd conduit pipes, wiring, steel boxes and switches for 4 No light point (internal) with holder and LED bulbs and external 4 Nos with halogen/Led lights (external grade) including service line (complete job).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (using crushed stone agg.)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
