M & L for cleaning the chocked soakage of manholes af any size and depth and removing scum sludges to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and cleaning with fresh water by taking out carefully cover slabs and placing in position including setting the cover slab with CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of blocked CI pipe line 100 mm bore, carefully in between manholes using split bamboo, cleaning rod, binding wire etc and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 2.00 above but 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing RCC cover slab of septic tanks of various capacities and taking out scum/sludge's including foul water and collect the same in closed container and depositing in earth pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land where directed by Engineer-in-charge to a distance exceeding 500m and Not exceeding 1.5m, returning and filling in earth in excavated pit after complete disposal of scum/sludges chamber inlet and outlet pipe, MS rungs, septic tank cleaning with fresh water applying one coat of bituminous paint on steel surfaces such as MS rungs handle, inlet and outlet pipes etc, and filling tank with fresh water upto level as directed placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 including cleaning the sewage line from last manholes to septic tank complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for removing of filter bed/ soakage well etc by removing the filter media into scum/sludges in foul position n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the blockage manually by rodding ,pumping and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid, materials outside MD land complete all as directed and specified.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drainpipes, jointed in cementmortar and taking out of trenches/walls of 100mm dia if required all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone/brick walls etc including raking out joints hackinfg for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces other than fair face, finished even and fair wthout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for such as cover slab of manholes and septic tank, etc, reinforcement cut as required to facilite demolition complete all as specified and directed

M & L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes in any position and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided all as specified and directed.

S & F MS work as in fencing posts angle iron/Tee section, drilled and countersunk for bolusters running bars, including embeding in concrete and scuring etc, post and struts in fencing including cuting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh etc,) holding pr riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain MS Galvanised fencing of 10 gauge (3mm thick ) alongwith with 1mm PVC Cotting of 50 x 50mm mesh size all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS 10mm dia screwd bolt (machine made) hexagonal/square heads at one end and the others, for screwed or both ends, each screwed and ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal/square nut, not exceeding 10 cm long all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape if required as tie bars for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

S & F galvanised stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbes at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed. (Note : Each line of wire to be measured seperately)
