Upgradation of Landscaping works with one year maintenance at MIP Kapurthala

Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Renovating lawns including weeding cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with mixture of good earth and manure 1:1 mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed.

Maintenance of rough grassing including fertilizer application , watering and mowing for one year.

Digging of pits: in all kinds of soil & refilling the same, with the excavated earth mixed with welldecayed farm yard manure @ 30% of pit volumeand insecticide for termite control

Planting specimen plants in prepared pits and watering.

Maintenance of specimen plants for 1st year including, fertilization, application of insecticide, watering and weeding.

Supplying and planting permanent trees in prepared pits and watering Sapling not less then 1.8m height and 2.5cm caliper

Maintenance of tree including fertilization, application of insecticide, watering, weeding, training, pruning, disposal of debris and other activities

Mainenance of trees for the 1st year.

Supplying and planting permanent shrubs in prepared pits and watering

Maintenance of shrubs for one year including training, pruning, fertilization, application of insecticide, watering and weeding Individual shurbs

Planting hedge including digging of trench 60cm wide to 15cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 30cm distance form plant to plant in two rows.

Maintenance of hedge plants for one year including application of FYM, fertilizer, insecticides, pruning and casualty replacement.

Providing and laying of boulders size 18-40kg including carriage, loading and unloading as per site of work as satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of garden bench

Chair type garden bench with L-shaped sides made of reinforced concrete (M-30) Thickness 100mm, overall height 1000mm, base width 620mm, Back and seat shall consist of 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks 1500mm x 100mm x 50mm one plank 1500mm x 200mm x 50mm. Seating height of the bench shall be 450mm. the bench shall be fixed with nuts on concrete mount. All holes sealed after assembly and installation.

Water connection : Making water connection in parks from the nearest water main line including cost of necessary materials such as ferrule, pipe, elbow reducer etc and making good the cut to its original condition complete in all respect.
