Tender for strengthening of 66kV DG-4 by replacing existing Coyote conductor by HPC Conductor of ampacity 700A from Geddalahalli cable tapping tower till 66/11kV Hennur cable tapping tower in TLM Sub-Division, Hoody for a length of 230 Mtrs & 02 Spans in Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru Urban District on Total Turnkey on Percentage Basis

Bidder shall have adequate knowledge of Sub stations and Transmission Lines Design procedures including Quality Control and shall have infrastructure and Erection facilities and capacity to execute the Works

Bidder shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the Bidder or any party or JV/Consortium partner may result in rejection of bid.

Bidder should not have been Blacklisted/disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening

Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same

Self-declaration stating that the information with regard to Assessed available tender capacity (Works on Hand) furnished are correct

Bidder shall furnish Certificate from Chattered Accountants for split details of Ex works values and GST of contract values of the works in the prescribed format as at clause No. 1.5 of section-3: Qualification information.

The Bidder shall submit undertaking agreeing to source the equipment/material for the work from the Vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a country which shares a land border with India as specified in Annexure - XVII of the tender document.

The Bidder shall submit statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed be counter signed by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

No deviation Certificate

An undertaking to source the supply of equipment/material from KPTCL approved vendors only as per the QR for vendor registration

Any other required documents as per the qualifying requirements, terms and conditions of the tender, NIT and Technical Specifications shall be uploaded

Bidder shall submit GST Registration Certificate

The Bidder shall upload Audited Financial statements i.e., Balance sheets, Profit & Loss statements, Turnover certificates,Auditors reports for the last five years preceding the date of bid submission duly certified by a Chartered Accountant as documentary evidence
