Servicing / over hauling of Electric driven Vertical / Horizontal split casing Pump sets Installed at Army Land Pump House coupled with upto 20/7.5/5 HP Motor along with following others repairs. a). Taking out Pump from its Position by decoupling from Motor and disconnecting all suction /delivery water connections , setting aside Pump from base plate , b).Dismantaling of Pump complete part by part carefully , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. c). Replacement of Gasket set and gland packing rope . d). Reassembeling the Pump complete with all existing serviceable parts obtained against Item 31, greasing the bearing with bearing grease , and new parts as ordered by Engineer in Charge.( New parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropraite Item here-in-after) e) Reinstall the Pump at its existing Position , couple with the Motor and connecting all suction delivery water connections and testing on completion

Taking out Pump from its Position by decoupling from Motor and disconnecting all suction /delivery water connections , setting aside Pump from base plate , b).Dismantaling of Pump complete part by part carefully , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. c). Replacement of Gasket set and gland packing rope . d). Reassembeling the Pump complete with all existing serviceable parts obtained against Item 31, greasing the bearing with bearing grease , and new parts as ordered by Engineer in Charge.( New parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropraite Item here-in-after) e) Reinstall the Pump at its existing Position , couple with the Motor and connecting all suction delivery water connections and testing on completion Note for Item No.1 & 2 :- (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as ''Supply only'' (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoted against this Item. (ii). Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts that are not covered under Item No-23 to 30, (a) to (e) but required to complete the repair work / smooth functioning of Motor / Pump shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate .Transportation of Stator / Rotor parts for machining & rewinding, shaft impeller bushing for machining , welding , turning at lathe shop at Port Blair are also deemed to be included with unit rate. iii). Rewinding of stator / rotor of motor, any machine work where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant item of this schedule.

Material & Labour for cleaning of rotational moulded PVC /Steel water storage service tanks of 1000 to 2000 litres capacity on buildings by dewatering complete tank, removing sediments setteld at the bottom of tank and scraping the walls and bottom of tank and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and wiriting the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white paint complete all as directed. (On Weekly Basis )

Material & Labour for overhauling and painting of RO plant of capacity 1000 LPH by carefully dismantling the complete plant from the installed position carrying out the following maintenance and re-installing in its original position including testing in completion with the following, all as specified and directed. (a) Opening the raw water fed pump (01 No) replacing the unserviceable water seal and re-assembling. (b) Opening the FRP sand filter (01 No), removing the existing filter media and filling new media not re-assembling. (c) Opening the FRP Activated Carbon Filter (01 No) removing the eixsting filter media and filling new media and re-assembling. (d) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable PU4 pipes (Approx 15m) and connecting new PU4 pipes. (e) Opening the micron filter (03 Nos), replacing the filter cartridge and re-assembling. (f) Opening the membrane and replacing the same with new membrane. (g) Opening the UV nit (01 No) replacing the unserviceable UV lamp and re-assembling. (h) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable raw water flow indicator (01 No) and connecting new flow indicator.

(j) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable TDS meter (01 No) and connecting new TDS meter. (k) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Ammeter (01 No) and Voltmeter (01 No) and connecting new Ammeter and Voltmeter. (l) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable stainless steel & CPVC conne3cting pipes (Approx 15m) and and connecting new stainless steel CPVC pipes. (m) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Pressure switches (05 Nos) and connecting new pressure switches. (n) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Pressure gauges (05 Nos) and connecting new pressure gauges. (o) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Hours meter (01 No) and connecting new Hours meter. (p) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable gate valves (05 Nos) and fixing new gate volves. (q) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Multi Port Valves (02 Nos) and connecting new Multi Port Valves. (r) PVC water tank cleaning of capacity 3000 ltr Note: The quoted rate shall be exclusive of spare parts. The spare parts required as above shall be measured and paid separately under respective items below as 'Supply only' labour element for fixing is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Note: Rates for necessary G1 fittings like union, tees, nipples, elbow etc is deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates.

Scraping of old paint of Electric induction Motor upto 20/15 HP Motor , NC Vertical/ Horizontal / Multi staging Pump , Suction , delivery Pipes, sluice valves , NRV Valves at Jalkendra ,Swimming Pool, Rekhamari, old Pump House, STP, AROP, IMPH Sewage Pump House (Approx coverage area-8-10 Sqm) and Painting with one coats of red oxide paint and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade as directed by Engnr-in-Charge including writing Sm No. complete as all specified and as directed

M&L for testing of drinking water (outlet of RO Plant) as per the IS Norms (IS-10500) with all requisite necessary parameters specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (1) Drinking water samples may be taken from the RO plant as submitted to the testing agency within 12 Hrs of time. (2) Test Report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge within 48 Hrs from collection of samples

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 22,897/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
