Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank/ under ground sump (inside surface area) at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with paint or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre, if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1.0 mm thick homogeneous PVC sheet of approved colour, design and quality in flooring on sub-floor using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacture including cleaning the sub-floor, stretching the sheet, cutting, fitting, levelling and drying of base and rolling with light wooden roller weighing not less than 5.0 kg all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (The finished surface area of vinyl flooring will be measured for payment)

Taking out existing steel window shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. welding hinges and damages by portable welding machine and refixing of repaired window shutters to existing frames, including replacement of hinges, fastners as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost includes cost of required hinges, fastners, hire charges of welding machine all labour and carriage charges)
