Complete opening of motor from stool of pump lifiting and lowering and transporting from site to work shop

Decoupled form drive end side dismanting of motor form the stool cleaning the stator and rotor by compressed air washing of winding with CTC tighning to wedges and replacment of old one heating stator/rotor at 80C for 8 hours

Reinsulation of stator/rotor by H-7 or F-50 varnish and opening at 120x for 12 hours sparing winding with two coat fo anti tracking anti acidic epoxy gel coat complete painting the motor with two coat of enamel paint and reassembling motor

Opening the motor taken out rotor form stator cleaning the stator solts by gridding embring finishing for free form all melted particle depostir inside stator slots

Complete rewinding including making coils fixing the coils the providing insulation sheets glass separting plate between each layer half coil insulation by HT or F-50 varnish and opening up to 1120c for 12 hours spraying winding with coat up anti tracking anti acidic epoxy gel coat

Providing and replacing top bearing no NDE 7320 B SKF maek heavy duty

Providing and replacing DE site bearing NU 226C3 SKF maek heavy duty

Rotor brazing tighting wedged and dynamically balancing of rotor

Complete the motor by conducting HV test by magger up to 2500 ohms test by magger up to 2500 ohms measuring stator winding resistance HV test of stator/rotor at 75% test voltage

Complete repairing of motor including installetaion reconnection cable coupled with pump complete trial and testing including transporting form work shop to site at gambhir
