Providing and laying 80mm thick (av) compacted bituminous macadam in (BM) in one layer by hot mix plant and paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade as per clause No. 504 table No. 500-4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of 2013 using minimum 3.3% bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects i/c cost of bitumen, instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory. If bitumen required is this account more than 3.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Thickness of laid BM is to be adjusted in such a manner that camber achieved is 2.5% no additional material shall be admissible for payment on this account.

Providing and Laying 20 mm thick Premix carpet (PC), excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect. I /c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (N.S).

Providing and laying “B” type seal coat with Paver VG-10 grade bitumen including supply of fine aggregate mixed and heated with mechanical mixer including rolling with road roller etc. complete as per clause No. 511 (5th edition) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (N.S).
