Area Clearance

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Shrubs: - Digging of pits of size 0.60X0.60X0.60m and refilling with good agriculture soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 3:1 ratio. Supply and planting of approved Tree species of healthy grown up saplings with good root system. Saplings should be of minimum 2 ft height from ground level after plantation. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertiliser. Trimming, pruning, stacking and spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year and as per the directions of Officer-in-charge .

Lawn : - Removal of weed roots, debris etc, digging upto 60cm and other roots refilling with good soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 3:1:1 ratio Provision of anti termite treatment at plantation time. Supply and planting of approved grass of good quality healthy and free from diseases and weeds. Maintenance includes regular watering de-weeding, rolling, manuring with cattle manure and neem cake 0.25 cft per sq mt. and fertiliser 150 gm for sq mt. annually Spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period one year and as per the directions of Officer-in-charge.

Seasonal Flower Bed

Digging upto 60cm depth and refilling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio, Preparation of beds, Supply and planting of seedlings/Suckers/rhizomes of hybrid and varieties. Maintenance includes regiular watering, de-weeding, mauring with cattle manure and fertilizer, pruning and spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year and as per the directions of Officer-in-charge

Chain link fencing:

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) Ordinary rock

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: a) Two or more coats on new work

Design, preparation drawings for arboriculture and landscaping with renovated concepts and themes including standard executions and maintenance procedural document
