Supply, installation and commissioning of 04-channel Voice logger as per RDSO/SPN/TC/38 - 2002 Ver- 2 or latest to record VHF communication consisting of : 4 channel 01 VDRPU, 12V/15 AMP SMPS, 12V/65AH SMF battery, 6U Wall mount Rack. All materials required for installation and commissioning to be arranged by contractor. (includes power cable and other inter connecting cables). Note: User manual to be along with equipment. Necessary training related to maintenance and operation to be imparted to all concerned Railway staff. ( Warranty Period : Upto 30 months from the date of supply). (Inspection Authority: RDSO)

Supply and Testing of VHF 25 Watt Radio with plain MIC Standard Accessories, Power Supply Unit Cum Battery Charger (13.5V/15A) 12V/100AH SMF-VRLA Battery with I-Lead Connectors, 02 RG 217 Low Loss Cable with end connectors(30 Meter/as per site requirement) High Gain base antenna with Clamps, 1.25 pipe pole mast with clamping and stay wire arrangements base station units as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/107/2018 ver. 2.1 or latest. Supply and fixing of self-supported telescopic VHF mast - approx. 15M height as per Drg.approved by Engineer in charge- includes earthing and providing stay wire with feeder wire & dressing through PVC conduit pipe of suitable size as per TS. (Inspection Authority: Consignee).

Foundation for erection of self supported Mast (15 mtrs High) as per technical specification.

VHF: Installation & Commissioning of VHF system complete with all accessories, programming of frequency and power supply . This work encompasses holistic installation and commissioning of all ingredients all necessary for VHF system functioning in a station- (a) 25W VHF set with proper channel programming (b) Antenna over the self supported Mast (c) power supply comprising of charger , battery with proper housing . Necessary channel programming is to be done by competent OEM Engineer. Necessary arrangements, cables for programming is to be provided by contractor.Installation Guidelines circulated vide TAN RDSOTELE0LKO(SPEC)/9/2019 Ver.2.0 to be followed.

Supply of 1 x 6 Sq.mm. (Red/Black/Green) multi strand copper power wire as per IS: 06 694:2010 or latest, 84 conductor each dia 0.30mm +/- 0.01 with insulation thickness of 0.8 mm and nominal conductor resistance of 3.3 ohms/km and test parameters as per RDSO Specn.No.IRS:S76/89(Amnd.3) or latest. Color of the wire which is required will be specified by the Engineer in-charge. (Inspection Authority: Consignee)

Supply of Professional AC/DC clamp meter 3 ¾ digit, true RMS measurement, For 07 Measurement of DC/AC currents up to 1000A, Voltage up to 600V, resistance up to 40 M and frequency up to 1 MHz with set of leads & carrying case. Model - DCM 39A or equivalent/ higher make Motwane / Stanlay or similar / Fluke / Megger. Item to be supplied after successful demonstration and Approval of Railway. Supply and installation of maintenance free earth as per RDSO Specs. No RDSO/SPN/197 Ver.1.0 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No. SDO / RDSO/ E&B/001 or Latest, TAN 3006 ver. 3.0 or Latest. (Inspection Authority: Consignee)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 8 plus 2 port layer-2 smart PoE switch with 02 nos, 01 Gigabit ports loaded with SFP module. Make- D-link,CISCO,HPE or superior. (Inspection Authority: RITES).
